Most car leases come with certain requirements. Those guidelines may include terms like: lease rates have upfront or monthly payments, you can't get a new vehicle for six months, and you can't get a vehicle loan for three months. What's more, you may be required to provide proof of auto insurance and the car's brakes haven't failed before.

In any case, these lease deals are currently live on Nissan's configurator and they are good through the beginning of September. Of course, the fine print says you must take delivery from dealer stock, and at this point, it's unclear how many entry-level 2022 Leaf models are in stock. But if you can find one, you could drive a brand new car for an incredibly low monthly payment.

At the Lithia Motors-owned Buick and GMC store in metro Detroit, a sales consultant volunteered to drive a service customer home because of the lack of new vehicle shoppers, while another sales rep complained about only having five vehicles on the lot. (Source: www.cnbc.com)

The bargain lease deals on the $17,325 Jetta are available after a $2,500 down payment and run over a 3-year term. Automotive News says the offer went as low as $39 per month in San Jose, Calif., and $99 in Boston. For some perspective, the total cost on the $39 lease, including down payment and 36 monthly payments, is just $3,904.

Right now I would love to leave ANYTHING is reliable, safe, runs well, and has low miles. But the reality is, when you go to finalize these unbelievable offers that is just what they are “unbelievable.” If I apply online an am told I can get a car for a certain price, that is what I expect. I hate playing games. I am on a low budget and need a car, but may very well loose my job because of dealership games. (Source:blog.cargurus.com))
