Real estate appraisers are the key members in real estate industry who perform the job of valuing a residential or commercial property for buying and selling. Their main role is to appraise a property. And to execute their role, they visit the site, consider future growth and development, find out current market value, and determine a price for the property in question. They help clients in putting their properties for sale by recommending renovation, clicking photograph, preparing advertisement, and putting the homes or office on real estate market.

Real estate appraisers may work with real estate companies, or with banks, private agencies that lend loans, or mortgage companies. They spend most of their time on field and inspecting properties. They are in the office for drafting appraisal reports, sales deeds, rent agreements, etc. These professionals also need to secure a license depending on the requirements of state.
