We made a pie. Pieces of peaches and a few apples mixed with sugar, flour and butter. The crust is made from breadcrumbs. The pie is a sweet and smells fantastic. We topped it with whipped cream and a cherry.


Peaches are a rich source of Vitamins A, C and E. They also contain high amounts of potassium, magnesium, zinc and phosphorus.

Look for a creamy gold to yellow under color. The red or “blush” of a peach is an indication of variety, not ripeness.
