Le Colonial a romantic Atlanta eatery with a cocktail and wine list that is made for your pleasure. The crown jewel of the drink list is a rotating two ounce, four-ounce and six-ounce drink that are only available during the bar's happy hour.


Le Colonial, the famed French Vietnamese restaurant, is now open at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta. The chic destination restaurant and lounge has an expansive terrace and private dining spaces. The sharable menu will showcase heirloom Vietnamese recipes alongside contemporary takes on classic dishes, sourcing the best of locally available ingredients, the freshest seafood and meats, and exotic herbs and spices from around the globe. Le Colonial Happy Hour is every weekday from 4PM to 6PM. The social hour menu has deals on bar bites, wine, beer and cocktails.

At 8,100 square feet, Le Colonial-Atlanta includes a bar and lounge, a terrace dining room with seating for 36 people, a main dining room with a veranda, and a 14-seat private dining room with a chef’s table. (Source: atlanta.eater.com)

Routhier was a consultant for the menu when Le Colonial opened in 1993 and came back on board with the launch of the Houston location in 2016 and the task of keeping Le Colonial’s menu in tune with the times.
