Cheesecake factory atlanta

I happen to live in Atlanta, Georgia and there is a brand new Cheesecake Factory opening in town. The reason I mention this location is because I'm the skeptic and I'm trying to find evidence that this place is actually worth the hype. So far, I do not see anything that makes me want to give them my money. Maybe I'm just not seeing the magic.

Being able to work for cheesecake factory was a good and bad experience. The environment was fast pace which made work go by but we were being overworked for unfair pay. I would go on at 5:30 PM and come home at 2:00 AM when the establishment closed at midnight or 11:30 PM. The amount of steps and strictness they give isn't worth $9.75 an hr. I would never go back unless it was a dire situation. (Source: www.indeed.com)

Working for Cheesecake Factory was stressful at times. The store I was at was very busy since it just recently opened. I had a baby, so it wasn’t really the best case scenario for me at that time. Working long hours was just taking a toll on me. Sometimes, you don’t get home till after 3 or 4 am. When your a first time mom, it can be very difficult, trying to balance both. Ive worked at the cheesecake factory, in multiple cities, for many years, and the first thing i have to say is that there is extreme bias within the restaurant pertaining to advancement as well as salary pay and it is well known. There are sooo many cases of new chefs coming to the company through friends of the business, woman getting preference over other woman based on looks, not work ability, The extreme hiring and firing of illegal immigrants as well as racial discrimination when hiring from within the company. This is a mutli million dollar company and has done well for itself but lacks integrity and passion! (Source:www.indeed.com)
