When I started my tattoo studio in 2000, it was operating on a shoestring budget with no website. The tradesmen who patronized us had no idea what art they were getting. We provided limited hours, no appointment book, and limited counter space. Our choice was to make plain the bad tattoos or make clients cool about it. Within a few years, Cherub Tattoo became one of the most sought-after artists in the region. I've always loved the cherubs, having named my shop after them. I also love tattooing them, because they are so playful and innocent.
If you are looking for a cute and meaningful tattoo, the cherub may be for you. A "cherub" or "cherubim" is a chubby, healthy-looking baby angel with wings. Today, cherubs are usually portrayed as pudgy young boys and girls with wings and very little clothing. Most of them have an innocent look. In the Bible and in ancient times, they were very powerful angels in charge of protecting God and heaven. In ancient Italy, cherubs were called "putti" and you'll see them depicted often in Renaissance art. Artist are the ones that gave the cherub the look we ascribe to them today, but the original figure from the Bible was a grown angel with enormous wings and four faces. Cherub tattoos are considered the most favourite designs among men and women these days. The cute chubby babies angles carrying arrows and bows in their tiny hands are meant and have been believed to be the protectors of heaven. It is believed in the Bible also it is said that these cherub angels protect the innocent people who have left us or have died and are with God in heaven.
Young girls often choose cute, adorable images for making a tattoo on their hands, back or shoulders. Unevenly they also choose to make tattoos on their back, neck, waist or feet for a different look. Cute baby cherub tattoos are one of their favourite images to make them look more pretty. A colourful baby cherub with wings playing with a dove is one of the prettiest tattoos.
Women are a symbol of love, peace, happiness, and their prettiness make them lovelier. Some women love to have baby cherub tattoos that adore their pretty well-groomed waist.
