The popular modern-day supper club, Delilah, is coming to Las Vegas. The h.wood group has partnered with The Wynn to debut the expansion of Delilah outside of its Los Angeles flagship location. Founded by hospitality firm The h.wood Group, owned by John Terzian and Brian Toll, Delilah has become a hot spot for everyone from Kendall Jenner, Rihanna, Justin & Hailey Beiber to Drake. The same essence of intersecting an upscale dining experience with a lively social atmosphere is now coming to Las Vegas. The dining experience elevates to dancing as entertainers move to the sounds of live music and dinner progresses to lounge-style bottle service. Guests are immersed into an engaging dining environment that comes to life with special performances throughout the evening, featuring nightly live entertainment, a DJ and Sunday Night Jazz. Located in the exclusive Tower Suites enclave, Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas brings a whole new class of entertainment to the strip embodying the intimacy, charm, elegance, and charisma of Vegas’s past and the evolution of Vegas’s future.

“Brian and I are both born and raised in Los Angeles and have grown up going back and forth to Las Vegas. As we were growing The h.wood Group, we worked closely with a handful of casinos and continuously did events back and forth. Las Vegas is such a short trip and our crowds are back and forth, so it naturally made sense for our first major expansion to be in Las Vegas. When we were building Delilah we had a lot of inspiration from the supper clubs of Las Vegas in the 40s so when we got the chance to work with Wynn it made all the sense to bring Delilah there. We believe it is a perfect time to open a place like Delilah in Las Vegas,” explained Terzian and Toll on why expanding to Delilah to Las Vegas. “There is such a strong crowd in Las Vegas that come from Los Angeles that it is important to keep the same Delilah essence. For example, we are keeping the same “No Photo” policy in Las Vegas, as we do in LA so our guests feel safe and private, in addition to the same format in terms of one continuous night of band and DJ. There is no flip to “nightlife” at Delilah, and the beauty of the place is you can eat or just come for drinks and socialize at any time. We will be the only restaurant on the property with a kitchen open after 10 pm. Our goal is for people to have the same amazing experience in Las Vegas as they do in Los Angeles with different touches where you know you are in a different city.”

While the success of one restaurant might satisfy some, that's not the case with The h.wood Group partners John Terzian and Brian Toll. Upon opening The Nice Guy last year and having it become the go-to hangout spot for everyone from Kendall Jenner to Drake, it's safe to say the dynamic duo had struck gold amongst the celebrity set. But they didn't stop there, striving to provide more eateries in Los Angeles that hone in on the idea of being "a step above a restaurant, but a step below a club" and just an overall chic place to be seen. Enter their newest venture: Delilah.

As far as the dining experience at Delilah Las Vegas, Executive Chef, Josh Smith, designed the menu with Terzian and Toll to keep flagship staples while adding distinct culinary experiences for the new location. “I am a Vegas Native and in my 20+ years cooking most of my experience is here on the Vegas strip. I’ve spent my life getting to know the audience and understanding their expectations. The filter I used for creating this menu was simple-take the best ingredients in the world and present them in a fun & familiar way,” said Smith. “ A great example is the Fish and Chips with Dover Sole and Pomme Souffle. A classic dish that is typically very casual, presented with luxury ingredients, where it perfectly sums up the approach to the menu at Delilah Las Vegas.” The King Crab Caesar, Prime Beef Wellington and innovative takes on the classic dishes, alongside signature dishes such as Day Boat Scallop and ShortRib “Surf & Turf” and Dover Sole “Fish & Chips” and the Strawberry Shortcake Baked Alaska will be new to the Las Vegas menu.
