Nowadays the only thing which we all love is to take photos. Each and every person around us is always ready to pose for a photo. From normal days to wedding season, from selfies to candid, from boys to girls, from youngsters to senior citizens everyone loves to take photos.
Especially girls, yes girls they are always having their cell phones with an open camera making pout and clicking a selfie. Either they are in college, at home or at a birthday party and even on the bus or auto also.
Can you imagine your life without photos? Take a pause and think about it for a while. I definitely know the answer and it is clear cut NO NEVER not possible at all. Photos are having a huge and important role in our life. There is not a single which we spent without uploading photos or without updating our status and if somehow, we forgot to do so it was an incomplete day for us.
At parties, the most demanded person or we can tell him VIP is the one and only camera-man. People rush to him to click their photos by him. We all follow the instruction of the camera man so politely.
The biggest advantage of photos is that they are the memories of our past life. We can live those memories at any time anywhere whenever we want a break from our busy and frustrated life.
Students are also having the benefits of photos. They simply take a snap of their work from the blackboard and it's done, no time-wasting of copying all the notes at that time. They can make their notes at any time.
Most of us have a talent for clicking good photos. Our friends always ask us – please brother, more photos please, one more- one more.
Have you ever thought about making a career in photography or starting a new photography job? If yes! that this is only for you my lovely friend.
A photograph is an image created by light falling on a photosensitive surface, usually photographic film or an electronic image sensor, such as a CCD or a CMOS chip. Most photographs are created using a
camera, which uses a lens to focus the scene’s visible wavelength of light into a reproduction of what the human eye would see. The process and practice of creating such images are called photography.
THERE ARE different TYPES OF PHOTOGRAPHY:-
1. Portrait photography
3. Fashion photography
4. Sports photography
5. Still life photography
6. Editorial/news photography
7. Architectural photography
8. Scientific photography
9. Aerial/drone photographers
One of the most common photography styles is portraited photography. It aims to capture the personality and mood of an individual or group.
Images may be candid or posed full-body or close-ups. Either way, the subject’s face, and eye are typically in focus. Lighting and backdrop help to convey tone and emotion. Popular types of photography portraits include senior portraits, family portraits, engagement photos, and professional headshots. The best portrait photographers make clients feel completely comfortable so that their expressions are natural and relaxed.
Photojournalism is a way of telling the story of a newsworthy (perhaps even historic) event or scene through photographs. Photojournalism should be as objective and truthful as possible and capturing candid moments as they happen is more important than getting picture-perfect shots. Generally, photojournalists attend planned events with the hope of capturing unplanned, unscripted moments. Their work is routinely published in magazines and newspapers.
Like the name, its main is to focus on the fashion shots. It showcases on the glamorized fashion clothing, shoes, and accessories to make them
more desirable to consumers. These types of photographs mainly publish in magazines and online. People choose this type of photographs because of the opportunity to make themselves highly creative for making photographs attractive. Fashion photographers mainly take full body shots and work in different locations, from fashion shows to studios with full lighting setups to city streets and open fields. They utilize many of the same skills as portrait photographers and must practice good teamwork and communication when working with shoot stylists.
The main of sports photography is to shot the action of players, audience, etc. at the perfect moment. Sports photographers must shoot quickly to keep with the action around them, and it's best practice to use a higher ISO to shoot at a faster shutter speed.
STILL LIFE PHOTOGRAPHY
Like it sounds, still, life photography features inanimate objects either natural or manmade. Still, life photography can be artistic or commercial. It is commonly used in stock photography as well as product advertising. (Think of product images shown in catalogs, magazines, and billboards). For still life photographers, object selection, arrangement, and lighting are key to getting a great shot.
Editorial photography is taken to illustrate a story or article, typically for magazines or newspapers. The subject of editorial photography can vary widely and is entirely dependent on the topic of the text, it accompanies.
Both the interior and exterior design of buildings and structures are the subject of architectural photography. The photograph showcases the structure’s most aesthetically pleasing parts, such as a particular beam
or archway. Architectural photographs can be of value to designers, architects, and building investors.
Scientific photographers use photo imaging techniques, such as infrared or thermal imaging, to take pictures that illustrate to record scientific or medical data. Scientific photographers usually have background knowledge in biology, chemistry, engineering, or medicine.
Drones photography has become one of the biggest growth areas in photography in recent years. The ability to put a high-quality camera in the sky and capture stunning aerial photographs of the landscape below is extremely compelling, and the result can be out of this world.
Photography is one of those fields that often starts as a hobby, and eventually turns into a full-fledged career. So, if you are someone who uses his/her skills and talents for a part-time hobby, then it’s time you realize your talent and turn it into a full-time profession.
Field photography has changed tremendously in the last couple of years. Photography had traditionally, been restricted to events, weddings, and movies; but in recent years, the boom of e-commerce, advertising, mass media, and related fields has created a large demand for professional photographs.
The hectic life schedule that people follow these days is difficult to keep up with. All of us become highly dependent on various websites for clothing, cosmetics, food, etc. and this has led to a huge demand for good photographers in the commercial field, such as fashion photography and food photography. There is another field as well, such as sports photography, wildlife photography, etc. that have gained popularity.
Photography is not a career; it’s a passion. Many people adopt their passion and use it to earn money for their living. Photography is a fun activity that showcases the creative side of you.
