I do not find this test for the future and past astrological significations in the future and past, and it is the only test I have found that does not refer to esoteric traditional methods. I have only been able to find one other person who made one like this and she is now deceased and so is the site she worked for.

After determining the positions, it then into different sectors. The stars in the galaxy make up constellations and they reside in 12 sections or houses. Thus once the map is determined it is fractured into 12 sections – each section or house under a different Zodiac sign. The inclusion or exclusion of planets in any of these houses can influence each other positively or negatively. It is to be kept in mind that all astrological predictions throughout a man’s life will purely be based on the Natal chart. Hence it is of paramount importance that the chart be drawn precisely at the time of birth, giving positions of sun, moon and others without any error.

We work with the Western astrology system, which dates back thousands of years. Humans have tracked the movement of the heavens since civilization dawned. As far back as 6000 B.C., the Sumerians noted the journeys of planets and stars. Around 3300 B.C. the Babylonians (also known as the Chaldeans) began expanding upon what the Sumerians started, developing the first astrological system over thousands of years. They created the zodiac wheel that we use today (with planets and houses) around 700 B.C. The oldest known horoscope chart is believed to date to 409 B.C.! (Source: www.mindbodygreen.com)

I love this app, I often start my morning with it. Even if you’re not hugely into astrology or even a skeptic who’s just “playing around with it” there’s always some good nuggets of information and motivation to get you going. Now with the good comes the bad, and here’s where my suggestion comes in: please make the “Talk About It” section optional, with an on/off switch in settings. 1/2 of the people leaving notes are leaving very childish, unrelated notes and the other 1/2 are so full of themselves it makes me want to puke and ruins my otherwise magnificent costar experience. Nothing makes an experience less enjoyable than having to listen to an idiot ramble about how special they are cause they got a little Aires in their chart, or how secretive and evil they are with their Saturn in Scorpio, or how sad and lonely their life is being a misunderstood Venus cancer. I’m pretty sure these are children who are projecting what they think they know about astrology onto their own life and spreading their poor ideas about astrology to other gullible readers. Even so the point is please make this section optional for the “At A Glance” section. Otherwise perfect app I can’t even bring myself to give four stars for such a small problem.
