As a Program Facilitator, you will help provide independent living services to individuals with chronic illness gerontology, severe intellectual and physical disabilities, and/or mental health. Your role is to support individuals living with these life-changing conditions in their day-to-day lives.


A Program Facilitator will undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. The job description includes planning and organizing programs as well as executes crucial operational duties.
