Born in Shreveport Louisiana and raised in Huntsville Alabama, Pamela got her start as an actress on the NBC soap "Texas" where she starred as Ashley Linden. NBC quickly recognized Pam's talent for writing and in an unprecedented move, offered Pamela the Headwriting job, making Pamela the youngest Headwriter in Daytime history.
