After the premiere of the show's thirteenth season, Bravo announced a four-part limited series titled Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles: Josh & Josh, which features Josh Altman and Josh Flagg. The series chronicles the high-end properties sold by both Altman and Flagg outside of Los Angeles, including Napa, Aspen, and Newport Beach, whilst detailing the personal drama and moments in each other's lives. They are both joined by their respective loved ones, Heather Altman and Bobby Boyd. The COVID-19 pandemic managed to disrupt the entire economy of the world. Despite several industries such as hospitality, tourism, real estate, etc, taking a huge hit across the globe, the luxury real estate industry in Los Angeles is a different story altogether. The West Coast real-estate scene, especially the high-end properties was booming defying everybody's expectations. Bravo's popular reality show 'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' will be giving us a peek at the booming real estate scene amidst the pandemic.
Since the early 2000s, Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing" gives viewers an exclusive inside view of the elite and the homes they purchase. The show originally began in 2006 with "Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles" (via IMDb). Since then, multiple spinoffs have aired, including "Million Dollar Listing: New York," "Million Dollar Listing: Miami," and "Million Dollar Listing: San Francisco." The entirety of the franchise is built on high-end real estate agents working tirelessly to be the best in the game, all while managing their professional and personal lives working in the prestigious industry. It is one of Bravo's most captivating reality television shows, because, really, who can resist watching millionaires buy the most beautiful homes?! "Million Dollar Listing" has been ahead of the game for as long as it has aired and can't compare to other real estate shows, like Netflix's "Selling Sunset," based on the show's higher deals, according to TMZ.
