On September 1, 2018, the Michigan University of Arts and Design began accepting applications for the 2018-2019 Future Stars program. Future Stars is an intensive, nine-month apprenticeship program that provides students with the opportunity to study, work, and intern at a Michigan design studio.

Star

There are a lot of four-stars we haven’t seen much of that could emerge sooner than later, whether it be DJ Turner, Jalen Perry, Darion Green-Warren or Andre Seldon. The sole cornerback signee in 2021 was three-star Ja’Den McBurrows, who had offers from the likes of LSU and Alabama, speaking to the idea that he may be severely underranked.

Team

Future Stars is an in-house league that provides the opportunity for students to learn and play basketball in a recreational setting. Our program focuses on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship and FUN! For our 3rd-6th grade girls, we have an exciting new format that we feel you and your daughters will enjoy! We have teamed up with Coach Jessica Duleba (LHS JV Girls Coach). These clinics are focused on players who are new to the sport, who have limited playing experience or just want to work on their skills and learn from an amazing coach! We will also offer the league format for Girls Grades 5-6 but feel this clinic is a great first step for newer players. 2 Sessions: February and March Day: Wednesdays Location: White Lake Middle School Time: 7:45- 9 p.m.

Note this: There is no coach (in any sport), that knows how to build a winning program, who will allow such an athlete to remain on his team (or in a starting position). Gamble on that fact and you will lose. Nor would that coach recommend such an athlete to any college coach, because it would ruin his image of having good judgment and his good name. Girls/Video games; improper handling of freedom, lack of studying and manipulation will have you on the sideline. Thereafter, instead of college, you will be trapped staying in your Mom’s or Dad’s home trying to scratch out an existence. (Source: risingstarsrecruiting.com)
