Cons: "I checked in in Miami airport 12 hs before leaving. I was told by the fake friendly attendsnt that our seats , my husband’s snd mine, were separated. When asked to see if wevcould bd placed together she sarcastically commented that we had bought our flight through expedia and if we had dome it directky with AA we might have been together. Shame on her comment! AA offers their flights to many companies snd I now wonder if her comment is true, which makes me consider next time I choose an airline. In Buenos Aires when We checked in something similar happened and we could not book our seats the day before bcause they were all taken . The answer was if we wanted a better seat we’d have to pay because only back seats are available in economy and AA waits forbthose whi pay first and only then they”ll give us a seat. I”ve travelled several times with AA and feel the service is not worth the money I pay for it. The food on our flight back to BA was not good st all. However , I have to point out that all my flights BA to N Y, N Y to Mia and Mia BA left on time. On the whole it was good but I believe AA cares onñy about money and I feel disappointed".Pros: "Nothing. My fight from San Juan to Miami on Friday Oct. 7 was cancelled because of hurricane Matthews, since I didnot buy a roundtrip with AA they did not reimburse or offer me a credit for my returning flight. I contacted AA in two ocassions and both times their personnel were impersonal and even rude to me with the whole situation. I ended up losing $250 because of choosing American Airlines. I will do my best to avoid traveling with American ever again, and I will spread the word, as well. I felt robbed, so unfair."

Cons: "All flights were awful. None were on time. I paid for economy plus aisle seat but was put in economy middle seat anyway. Asked for refund and was sent to 3 different people. The final person, a gate agent for my departing gate, Peggy Hunter, told me that she has 35 years experience and she knows everything about United Airlines’ processes. Told me the only way I might get a refund is to submit online but that paying extra for a seat upgrade doesn’t mean I will actually get one and that I should read the fine print on the ticket. Had previously spoken to another gate agent who had told me that I could ask for a refund at the departing gate. Wifi didn’t work. On one of three delayed flights had to beg for water to take my medicine. I will make extra efforts to avoid using this mediocre airline."Cons: "Arrived in SFO late due to delay from SBP on flight 5022. Rushed to the gate for flight 5992 which was scheduled to board at 2:00 and depart at 2:25. Arrived at the gate at 2:12 with 4 other passengers, 3 of which came from flight 5022. Found the door to the jetway closed and no airline employee to be seen. One fellow passenger ran to a neighboring gate to ask an employee for help and was told they could not help us. Another passenger called united customer service and was put on hold. At 2:23 the united employee emerged from the jetway and told us that we had gotten there too late. When we told the employee that all 5 passengers had been waiting at the gate for ever 10 minutes, the employee argued, insisted that we were lying. This was not only extremely unprofessional but also added insult to injury after we had missed this flight due to fault 100% on united's shoulders and none of our own. I am completely baffled how an employee could not wait just a few minutes when you have 5 passengers rushing in late. The employee could have looked in the system and seen that we were already on the ground and coming from a near by gate. I was rebooked on flight 1889 at a later time. After boarding 1889 a maintenance issue was detected requiring all passengers to deplane. It is beyond me why this issue was not discovered until after the flight had been boarded, when at that time the plane had been sitting at the gate for over two hours. After being delayed over an hour we were on our way to Austin. Ultimately I arrived in Austin 5 hours after my original arrival time due to the incompetence of united airlines. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and compassion by united employees throughout the ordeal." (Source: www.kayak.com)

Cons: "I realize that there are some things that are beyond the control of the airline and I don't blame Frontier for the delay boarding or the rough weather, but after sitting almost 2 hours on the tarmac before takeoff and then the fasten seat belt light left on for the first nearly 2 hours of the flight, there was a plane full of passengers who desperately needed to use the restroom, myself included. What really annoyed me was that while rudely admonishing any passenger who dared trying to go to use the facilities to sit back down, the flight attendant herself went in the bathroom and relieved herself. When the seat belt light was finally turned off, I made my way to the restroom and this same flight attendant told me I would have to wait because another passenger sitting in the first row had been waiting a long time to go. I told her "everyone has been waiting a long time, well everyone but you." at this point she got very defensive and began yelling at me about federal regulations and so on and that she is allowed to use the bathroom. That may be true, but it doesn't make it right. Perhaps because I ticked her off, or perhaps just because of incompetence, my wife, myself, and the passenger in the third seat in our row were never offered any drink service. I did observe that even after the long delays and general ordeal of the flight, they were still charging passengers for soft drinks. I think a comped drink would be the least Frontier could do under the circumstances, but I guess anything resembling customer service is too much to ask. Add to all this the uncomfortable seats, the being nickel and dimed at every turn, which makes what first appears to be a good deal on a fight into one which is more costly than better quality airlines, I would advise spending a little more upfront for Southwest or some other reputable airline. You probably won't spend anymore in the end if you have luggage and would enjoy a beverage on the fight anyway and you will be treated with more respect and courtesy and other you will sit in a seat that doesn't feel like an old piece of plywood covered in vinyl. On both the flight to and the one from my destination, I noticed that the seats would not recline. I'm not sure if I had seats in rows that didn't recline or if none of them do."

Cons: "Lets begin with the scam of low ticket prices. You you're getting a good deal until the day before the flight when you have PAY FOR CARRYON LUGGAGE. Then, there was an hour and a 45 min delay. At the airport, the Frontier computer systems were down, so getting on the plane had to be done manually. On the plane, some of the crew was rude like a man named RAY and the black flight attendant who used the most aggressive tone over the loud speaker. Here's the worst part, on a flight from MIA to NYC the plane had to stop and refuel in Philadelphia. If that's not crazy, I don't know what is! They told us it would only take 20 minutes, but we were in Philly for TWO HOURS! There was a lady that wanted to know what was going on, so she asked the flight attendants who told her they had no info. She asked for their names, which they refused to give to her and they proceeded to have her KICKED OFF THE PLANE by the captain. We got no complimentary snacks during this ordeal. I asked a flight attendant for free chips and got laughed at in my face. As you can tell, I will never fly Frontier again. The flight was supposed to leave MIA at 2:50pm and land at 5:00pm.. We got to NYC at 10:00pm. NEVER AGAIN."Austin attracts thousands of visitors every year for both business and pleasure.
