The Cuban brewery will be hosting a NYE Fiesta to remember to say goodbye to 2021. Beginning at 7 p.m., the celebration will feature entertainment including a DJ and live music by MannySwagg. The brewery will also be streaming the Times Square Ball Drop on the TVs in the taproom. La Tropical’s growing list of craft brews and Latin-Caribbean fare by Chef Cindy Hutson will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Main Seating & Party – Ring in New Year’s Eve with music by DJ Maxwell Blandford, synchronized swim performances by Aqualillies and a spectacular four-course dinner with unlimited Veuve Clicquot Brut NV. Dinner begins with an Amuse Bouche of Duck Foie Gras. Appetizer selections include a choice of Chilled Stone Crab Claws or Kobe Beef Carpaccio.
