Miami

Whether you are looking for a beach for family fun, a beach to unwind and bask in the sun on, a beach bar for the glamorous or a beach to experience parasailing and jet-skiing, Miami has it all. South Beach offers the Miami visitor a hedonistic experience while further north luxury hotels offer a haven where you can relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. A trip to Wynwood Walls will give you a culture and food fix for your Miami holiday. The brainchild of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Robert de Niro, Nobu Hotel is undoubtedly one of the coolest boltholes on the block in Miami Beach. Although it resides within the famous Eden Roc property – and therefore gives you access to three swimming pools, the Esencia Spa, beach service and other Eden Roc facilities – it is its own unique hotel with exclusive perks too. These include a private pool. The Delano is a 16 storey landmark building occupying a prime location directly on the ocean and in the heart of South Beach, Miami. A world-class urban hotel and resort, the Delano creates the feel of a village offering both a peaceful haven and a hub of activity. A stunning collection of objects and furniture from renowned artists such as Salvador Dali, Antonio Gaudi and Mark Newson has been ass. Eden Roc Miami Beach is a super cool spot, one that packs in a little history along with its sea view swimming pools, live DJ music, uber-chic stylings and ultra-modern spa.

In fact, Eden Roc Miami Beach has been a mainstay on this stretch of sand since the 1950s, though aside from a few original features (like its marble and brass-clad Lobby Bar) you wouldn’t necessarily know it. The reason is t. South Beach is Miami’s busiest neighbourhood, and it’s where you’ll find the most popular beaches, bars and enormous clubs, some of which welcome partygoers 24/7. And, if you want a taste of the Florida Keys without venturing far, Key Biscayne is a world away from central Miami’s bright lights. Back on the mainland, Wynwood is a shopaholic’s paradise as it’s home to large malls and top-notch restaurants. Downtown is Miami’s bustling heart, where you’ll be surrounded by futuristic skyscrapers, while the Design District is home to designer boutiques reserved for the most discerning shoppers. And if you fancy experiencing different cultures, explore Little Havana, Miami’s Cuban district. You’ll never run out of things to do in Miami – just make sure you pack buckets of sunscreen. Miami is known as an artistic hub, and for good reason. Explore The Bass, an Art Deco building housing contemporary art in South Beach, or go downtown to the modern Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) to spot the biggest names in art. PAMM is right by the waters of Biscayne Bay – treat yourself to dinner at waterfront terrace Verde once you’re done. The Dolphins are pretty much at full strength and I think they’re going to need everyone to defeat the Titans. Having Brandon Jones available is huge. Eric Rowe would do a fine job and Miami has shown they will put Nik Needham back at safety if they have too and that has also worked. But we all know that Brandon Jones is playing like Jamal Adams should be playing or is it that Jamal Adams isn’t playing like Brandon Jones? Not sure on that one. The point is, having Brandin Jones available means the Dolphins could run their high-flying defense they want to without any replacements. (Source: phinphanatic.com)
