I have always loved Marcos pizza. I used to get it all the time in Jacksonville. I ordered from this location a few weeks ago and after eating the pizza I got severe stomach cramping, nausea, and diarrhea. I decided to take another chance and I only ate 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and had the same exact symptoms. I was in pain for about 4 hours last night then went to sleep and now my stomach is hurting and I have diarrhea again today. I gave the rest of the pizza to my roommate because I thought it was just my stomach. She ate 3 slices late last night and threw up afterwards. Her stomach is cramping today as well.

I placed an order online for a six inch sub that took an hour. This is the worst marcos in atlanta area. I would have to write a book to express my displeasure with my experience here. The staff are just collecting a check and not at all interested in anything quality. I suppose it starts at the top and rolls down hill with management having zero expectations except to take orders that cant be fulfilled. I will never come back to this location. It was horrible! 8 hour shifts are given if you’re available and you’ll find no chance to take any break (especially if you’re in the management department) with no paid overtime, no paid sick leave, all while not making state minimum wage. Not allowed to eat leftover food and hard working insiders will see drivers make 3x the amount of money they make in one shift when an insider does all the work to make the product, not recommended for anyone who wants a job with income that matches the workload (Source:I worked at Marco's Pizza as an insider for about a year and it was a decent experience for a first job, however, the job begins to have more tasks and responsibilities the longer you stay. You start at the front register, then you move to the back kitchen where they make the food, and then you learn how to cut and box pizzas. Once the management sees that you become skilled, they will then get you into closing, which is the more complicated part, especially on Fridays and weekends. Closing shifts add an extra hour of cleaning and other tasks onto your already demanding job as an insider. It seems straight forward, but when the store gets very busy during rush hour, it is very stressful, and that is when orders begin to get messed up. With all of this in mind, you are not getting paid for any extra effort that you put in, so you most likely see people who don't care to put in effort and then some that do. You will definitely get along with your coworkers and create a good bond, but at the end of the day, you are getting paid minimum wage with no benefits to work a job with endless responsibilities (Source: www.indeed.com) www.indeed.com)
