It’s difficult to land that dream job or keep up with your career progress when you’re searching for jobs on your own. This can lead to making work decisions based on interviews or consulting with friends instead of using the right information such as a hiring manager’s criteria. Glassdoor can help you create a resume profile based on their database of resumes and save time and effort that can then be spent on networking and preparation.
