Future Pro 5 Star Combine

The Future pro 5 star combine is for you if you are

Combine

While the majority of the combine is not open to the public, fans are invited to cheer on the rising stars at the Prospect Bench Press tests. Spectators are welcome to be a part of history while the world watches future football hopefuls secure their place into the NFL on the bench press. Other fans will watch the NFL Network as these world class athletes demonstrate their strength, but you could be in the audience watching the next star of your favorite NFL team.

The NFL Scouting Combine kicks off in Indianapolis on Sunday, February 23, and runs through Monday, March 2. This week long invitation only event gathers 300 of the best college football players in Indianapolis. They'll perform physical and mental tests in front of NFL coaches, managers and scouts. This important time will determine whether or not a pro career is in their future. (Source: www.visitindy.com)

Star

A lot of my attention was focused on rising juniors at the event, but once I made my way over to the 2024 fields, it didn't take long to notice O'Neil, whose older brother, Aidan, is a four-star attackman committed to Utah. A lefty, Evan had a stellar spring for Tabor Academy, and it's easy to see why. He's remarkably skilled for his age, putting pressure on defenses with his ability to get shots off in a variety of different ways and bringing the heat when he has time and room, though he'll need to work on dialing down the amount of times he lets it go.

Our 6 academies: Broomall, Cherry Hill, Conshohocken, Downingtown, Warminster, and West Chester combine for a total of 120,000 square feet in training area. Each location has batting cages, throwing tunnels, and open/field space. All-Star performs over 50,000 baseball/softball lessons and coaches 80+ travel teams at our academies combined each year. Additionally, each location offers group programs, college recruiting opportunities, and rentals. (Source: allstarbaseballacademy.com)

Empirical research published in 2011 found that the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, 20-yard shuttle, and 3 cone drill tests have limited validity in predicting future NFL performance, suggesting that a prospect's past performance in college is a better indicator of future NFL performance than the aforementioned physical ability tests.
