With the support of the county commissioners, members of the advisory board they appoint for economic development are now leading a coalition of people focused specifically on helping new and second stage businesses. As a partnership NetWork Kansas, the group will facilitate a locally-controlled revolving loan fund to supply entrepreneurs with capital. They will also now have increased access and limited funding for training and technical support.NetWork Kansas Board Certified Programs are designed to generate entrepreneurial activity in a community. Putting Troy’s Best Foot Forward: Troy Community Radio By Matt Bayman TROY – Scott Hornberger and Clint Myers have been interested in radio broadcasting ever since their days at Troy High School in the late 1980s. And while both men worked outside of the community to start their careers, they eventually came full-circle with the creation of Troy Community Radio. Initially started as a webcast by Scott in 2012, Troy Community Radio has developed into both an online and FM.How: Pre-register April 1—22 at Lincoln Community Center, Troy Miami-County Public Library, or download the online form. Registration forms can be turned in at the Troy library or Lincoln Community Center betwOver the past dozen years, the interns we've hired have made long-lasting, highly beneficial contributions to SherlockTalent's strategic goals and objectives. For example, they have developed software for our mobile applications and managed social media campaigns. The interns help us build IT community and prepare for large IT events.
