So far I've been doing business with Bridgecrest for 4 months and I'm quite pleased with the service they have shown me. As an idea the company is cool; take an uneducated customer and teach them simple interest so they can do bette, great! As a company they are not worth investing time, it’s a job. I’m other words Jost Over Broke, as a collection agent you’ll make more than any roll so unless you want to take a pay cut your stuck but also over the last 2 years the wages have capped at less than 50k per year… other than that when you leave depending on how they feel about you will determine if you can get your pto paid out, also they may just terminate you that day so might as well not give them two weeks. If your getting this job as stepping stone then it might be ok just don’t look back! (Source: www.indeed.com)
