Calories in a Quarter Cup of Olive Oil

The first and biggest mistake I made was using a half-cup measuring cup, not a quarter-cup measuring cup. I stirred the olive oil for about 8-10 minutes, which made it a lot thicker and less viscous than it needed to be. The resulting mixture was more like so oil than liquid.
