Future Stars Summer Camp Old Westbury

A day camp for children from Kindergarten-8th grade who are interested in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). With activities, interactions, and learning to do hard math, future and recent STEM majors, future physicists, and future coders will have a blast! The camp is held at Westbury Institute of Long Island, a private school serving an area of Long Island with an 89 percent Jewish population.



Located on the scenic campus of Long Island Lutheran Middle and High School, they are the summer home and camp of choice for thousands of Long Island students. The basketball program is for beginners to varsity players. Players are grouped by age and ability. Teaching stations are given twice a day with emphasis on skill development, building confidence, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.

This summer day camp is offered for children ages 3-10 (your child must be potty trained) and features a multisports rotation led by coaches, teachers and college student-athletes. The counselor-to-athlete ratio for the "mini" program is 1:5; the ratio for the "junior" program is 1:8. Half, extended half, and full days are offered, with the option of early drop-off.
