FutureStarrA Glassdoor Upload Resume
I submitted a resume and didn’t make it through to the second step. I later found out they used my resume without asking me. It says they never called, but they did. Each platform offers a different advantage. Glassdoor attracts job seekers wanting to find out if a company is a great fit for them as the platform is a well-known and popular employer review site, which in turn provides employers with a great opportunity to sell their company and brand. LinkedIn, on the other hand, is a great option for highly targeted candidate searches and job ads.
Glassdoor is a review website where employees and former employees can review a company anonymously. This enlightens job seekers about what they can expect from a particular company in terms of salary, work-life balance, and benefits, etc. It also offers comprehensive employer branding solutions to help businesses manage their brand. LinkedIn is a professional networking site with an employment service known as LinkedIn Talent. (Source: www.betterteam.com)
Easy Apply on Glassdoor works the same way as it does on any platform, allowing candidates and employers to both benefit from the seamless, barrier reduced application process. In order for Easy Apply to work, you must have your information fully imputed into the Glassdoor platform. If your account has missing information and you select Easy Apply, you will be prompted to add more information before Easy Apply can function correctly.
The Glassdoor Interview Questions and Reviews section has a goldmine of information for job seekers. You can find out what candidates for the position were asked and get insight into how difficult the interview was. And, of course, knowing the interview questions beforehand enables you to prepare responses ahead of time. It will also help you feel more confident during the interview process.
