Don’t be afraid to make mistakes Real Housewives and celebrities make mistakes, but it's essential that they learn from these missteps and move on - otherwise, they won't grow and become the best versions of themselves possible. Luann hosted a dinner last week for all the women who have supported her during her recovery journey, such as Ramona, Carole, and Sonja. However, not everything went as smoothly at her Hamptons home for this event. Sonja at dinner complained of Luann not showing her any respect, and that Luann kept rehashing past events that had already caused pain for both of them. When discussing Luann's "bitch" comment as an innocent joke, Sonja made mention of reclaiming its meaning from its negative connotations; I don't think this was wise - first off it can never really regain its positive associations, and secondly hearing someone make such derogatory statements is really annoying! At this point, Dorinda immediately launched into another nonsense fight with Luann, lecturing her about Tom being married and lecturing Luann about their own marriage to him. At this moment I thought it might be wiser to call in professional hostage negotiators since the scene seemed similar to something out of an action movie. After much shouting and yelling, the drama finally subsided when two police officers arrived at Luann's hotel room. It turns out the unknown person was staying there too and came into Luann's room, refusing to leave when asked by police officers to do so. Luann then became quite dramatic by locking herself into her bathroom with the door firmly shut; eventually she finally locked herself inside before giving in and surrendering herself to police authorities. Ramona attempts to make amends for not inviting Sonja and Dorinda to last year's birthday party by inviting them this time around; she acknowledges it was her error but feels this gesture doesn't go far enough; Sonja feels they deserve more consideration, while Dorinda notes her relationship with Cipriani prevents her from going there as planned. 3. Don’t be afraid to ask for help Real Housewives fans have witnessed some pretty extravagant costumes over the course of this series. Dorinda, Bethenny and Sonja all enjoy dressing up for Halloween parties; one costume that stands out, however, is Luann's.
