  Lionel Richie found fatherhood immensely fulfilling; however, granddadhood took him by surprise and it would take some time before he adjusted to this new role. Now that he has experienced the joys of granddadhood, Lionel can't stop talking about Sofia Richie! She recently married music executive Elliot Grainge and Lionel was there to support his daughter on her special day! 1. He’s a Doting Grandad Lionel Richie is an international music icon renowned for over four decades.
