Texas Rangers Update 2023 Promotional Schedule
The Texas Rangers recently unveiled their 2023 promotional schedule, outlining a variety of giveaways and special events planned throughout the season. Furthermore, single game tickets for all games in April and May became available on Friday.
In 2023, the team has also announced a change to the start time for all home games: Saturdays will now begin at 3:05 p.m. and three of their six September series will now commence at 6:05 pm.
The 2023 Promotional Schedule is packed with giveaways, celebrity appearances and family-friendly activities. From opening weekend to the end of the season, Globe Life Field has something special for everyone to enjoy - don't miss out!
Sunday Family Funday is back for 2023 and promises a day of family fun for everyone! The first 500 kids through the doors on Sunday will receive complimentary popcorn and pop, plus meet Otters players around the concourse as they take part in trick-or-treating!
Before every game, families can play catch on the field and after every game, Kids 12 & Under run the bases presented by FedEx Custom Critical (all activities subject to MLB Player Health & Safety Protocols).
On Sunday afternoons, nothing beats spending time at the ballpark with your entire family! This year's Sunday Family Funday returns with postgame fireworks (beginning June) and a kid-focused theme!
On Saturday, June 18th UPMC Member Appreciation Night returns with Cancer Awareness specialty jerseys! If you're a member of UPMC Health Plan, redeem your voucher for two complimentary tickets!
Friday is Pretzel Day and the RoughRiders will have an appearance from Leslie David Baker (Stanley from The Office). To meet Baker, there's an additional ticket price of $50.
On July 21st, the RoughRiders are giving away a World's Best Ballpark mug! Additionally, for Yellowstone Night on July 23, fans can purchase an add-on ticket featuring Denim Richards (Colby Mayfield from Yellowstone) for $50 extra and receive both teams' cobranded belt buckle giveaways!
Each season, The Rangers release their 2023 promotional schedule to keep fans excited. This year's calendar is packed with 69 home games featuring 23 fireworks shows, 15 giveaways, 4 celebrity appearances and plenty of family-friendly fun - so check it out online today!
Hockey & Hops has become an annual tradition at Bridgeport. The event includes a pre-game beer tasting on the concourse from local breweries, bars and liquor stores. Each ticket package includes access to this tasting event as well as a Bridgeport Islanders tasting glass and koozie.
In addition to craft beer, you can win a personalized Islander mug by submitting your best shot of the game on the arena's digital scoreboard. Not only will you have an exclusive opportunity to see some of the team's top prospects in action, but the competition is fierce too - but it will be fun while doing it!
Another popular event of its kind is Small Business Night, held on Friday, December 9th. This night offers patrons the chance to support local businesses by enjoying $2 Bud Light and other promotions tailored towards small-businesses around the arena.
It's also the perfect time to visit the newly expanded Ranger Store on the lower level. Browse through gifts for family and friends or treat yourself - there's something here for everyone.
The Rangers are proud to be part of the community and invite you to get involved! Check out our upcoming events and join the club for even more ways to have a blast this season!
At select home games, you'll find plenty of special promotions. From food trucks to an extensive drink menu, there are plenty of ways for you to have a great time at the Ranger Center.
The XL Center boasts some of the best fans in the league and they are always eager to welcome visitors. Be sure to take a look at our current promotions and contact our staff to purchase your tickets today!
Taco lovers will rejoice, with an entire day dedicated to one of America's favorite dishes. Fortunately, this also serves as a great excuse for budget-minded diners to take advantage of deals.
For a limited time, enjoy two soft tortillas with your choice of chicken tinga or seasoned ground beef for only $2. To complete the deal, enjoy an added $2 frozen margarita!
If you're a fan of Mexican cuisine, be sure to visit this taqueria and bar in Northern Liberties for its Taco Tuesday specials. Each night they offer three unique tacos including veggie, Southwest chicken, or classic beef options. Plus there's an expansive bar with $5 tequila & margaritas every Tuesday.
Taco Bell is celebrating National Taco Day with their Taco Lover's Pass, which costs $10 and allows you to claim one taco per day for 30 days. There's even a cool twist: an added $10 credit to your mobile app which lets you redeem the treat with just a tap of the screen!
Although the Taco Lover's Pass is not available to everyone, you can still take advantage of other taqueria-themed promotions. For instance, 7-Eleven rewards customers can take advantage of an exciting offer: purchase 10 mini tacos for $2!
Del Taco recently unveiled their 31-Day Taco Day offer, complete with 31 deals! Rewards members can save even more with a coupon for three taco deals for $1.69 between 3 and 11 p.m. ET.
For a break from tacos, the Ferris wheel is the most picturesque taqueria-themed light show you'll find anywhere. This captivating spectacle begins at sunset and lasts until approximately 12:30 a.m.
Costco's hot dog and soda meal combo may not make them a lot of money, but it does attract customers with the promise of an affordable lunch. A 1/4-pound plus all beef dog with a 20-ounce soda (with refill) costs only $1.50 - this price has been in effect since 1985!
Costco's food court is a major draw thanks to their generous supply of franks. Prior to 2008, Hebrew National kosher hot dogs were available; however, Kirkland brand beef hot dogs have since taken its place.
These dogs are made with 100 percent beef and don't contain any fillers, corn syrup or phosphates. Furthermore, they don't contain artificial colors or flavors which are common in hot dog brands sold at grocery stores and other chain restaurants.
Hot dogs and soda are not only the most affordable choice for a quick meal, but they're also one of the most beloved food items at the stadium. They come in various sizes and can be served either on a bun or stick - perfect for those who prefer something more portable.
Another advantage of the hot dog is that it's low in calories and fat. Unfortunately, it remains a processed food which may raise your risk for certain diseases like type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
Spending $1 on a hot dog is an economical way to add some value. But for something more substantial, visit the Rangers concession stand or any of the other vendors at the ballpark. Alternatively, you can order food using the MLB Ballpark app - an invaluable tool that allows you to compare menus at various locations within the stadium.
Saturdays at the Ballpark offer an exciting way to watch baseball without having to drive. Gates open one hour prior to each home game and fans can take advantage of a range of activities, such as the Dragons Kids Fun Zone or meet and greet with Jack Clark! There's always something exciting going on at The Ballpark!
The Brewers have also introduced a Sunday Fun-Day Bundle that includes Terrace Outfield tickets, hot dogs and sodas. Available all season long, this bundle is an excellent value for small groups or families traveling together.
Planning ahead and purchasing your tickets as early as possible is always a wise idea. Doing so can help you avoid long lines at the ballpark and save you money in the process.
Tickets can be purchased both online and over the phone, plus they're printable at home. Plus, with MLB Ballpark App's scanning capability at entry gates, tickets will even be scanned!
If you can't get a seat in the 500-level outfield, there are other sections with great views. Locals know to camp out behind sections 111-114 on first base side and along Shea bridge behind section 143; these "standing room only" areas tend not to be sold out and make for great viewing spots.
At the ballpark, there are plenty of special events to enjoy such as Baseball Bingo and Fidget Spinner Giveaways presented by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. These activities offer fans a chance to come out and watch some baseball while helping out a child with a serious medical condition.
