Services

The Decatur Cooperative Ministry (DCM) offers several programs for the community. They provide transitional housing to homeless families and emergency shelters for women with children, along with help with food, rent, mortgage and utilities payments. DCM also has numerous volunteer opportunities available to individuals and youth alike; plus substance abuse treatment to those struggling with addiction through physical and mental therapies that help patients overcome addictions. Sunday School

Our Sunday School program is the pinnacle of our ministry. It offers an engaging curriculum covering Bible, theology and history in an accessible format that's sure to challenge attendees' minds. In addition, we have teen mentorship groups, prison ministries and other programs designed to help people grow in their faith and live out Jesus Christ's mission.

Youth Group

New Life Community Church Decatur ga is a church that values relationships. No matter your age or background, we want you to feel right at home during worship services. Our purpose is to help you grow spiritually through fellowship, discipleship, and outreach events.

At our church, we believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the only way to salvation. Additionally, we hold that the Bible is inspired by God and infallible. We urge you to read it yourself so that you can gain a better understanding of who Jesus is and His work for you.

Our pastors and staff are passionate about sharing their faith with others. They understand that the true essence of a church lies not just in its logo or advertising, but in how it reflects who Christ is and what He has done for each individual who enters its doors.

The Youth Group program is designed to give teenagers a safe space to connect, share their struggles and motivate one another towards living an improved life. They are also encouraged to serve the church and community by developing leadership abilities.

For over 25 years, New Life Community Church's Alpha ministry has been a mainstay. It features Christian Contemporary music, an experienced drama team and 75-100 member youth choir that draws up to 2,500 teens weekly to their service.

Deanna Jobe is the Women's Director at New Life Community Church and married to Lead Pastor Mark. Her passion lies in encouraging women in their faith and serving God with her life. Deanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Religion from Moody Bible Institute as well as a Master's in Biblical Studies from Columbia International University.

Carolina was an active participant in the Alpha ministry for many years and is now a leader among high school girls. At an early age, she gave her life to Christ and loves being part of the New Life family.
