They're a group of young professionals living in Los Angeles at various stages of their lives: married, single, college-educated and working to make ends meet; all searching for their place within a city that feels like it's changing rapidly.
Each episode follows one of the group's characters as they navigate life and love, their stories always coming to a head at the bar. We have Noah (Echo Kellum), an ambitious baker with big plans; vegan accountant Anthony (Aaron Jennings), whose life revolves around his spreadsheets; sounding board Wyatt (Justin Cunningham), happily married; and Faye (Grasie Mercedes), a new friend with an intriguing past.
On the April 7 episode of "Wine & Roasts," Sherm (Carl Tart) attempts to teach Wyatt (Justin Cunningham) how to roast, while Nicky (Nicole Byer) dates a sleep talker and Anthony (Aaron Jennings) gets an unsatisfied customer at his new job.

The show is based on the book by Phil Augusta Jackson and Dan Goor, co-creators and executive producers of Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Insecure. It follows Noah (Echo Kellum), his serially dating estate agent older sister Nicky (Nicole Byer), vegan accountant Anthony (Aaron Jennings) and unemployed hustler Sherm (Carl Tart) as they navigate their careers, love lives and the social pitfalls that often accompany them.
They're joined by Faye (Grasie Mercedes), a newbie who enters the scene with an important secret that could change their lives forever. And of course there's wine - only the best kind.
