With the golden state warriors having just won their fourth championship in eight years, Monday's parade was sure to be a blast. From foam fingers and confetti to too many steph curry jerseys to count, there was no shortage of fun on Market Street in San Francisco.

On Saturday afternoon in downtown San Francisco, thousands of fans lined the parade route to catch a glimpse of their favorite players. The cheers and celebrations continued for over an hour as thousands more joined in on the fun.

What time does the parade start?

On Monday, the Golden State Warriors will commemorate their fourth title in eight seasons with a parade along Market Street in San Francisco. This "free-flowing and engaging celebration event" offers fans an up close view of players, coaches and team legends alike.

The parade will start at 11:20 a.m. and last for around two hours, beginning at Market and Main streets in downtown San Francisco.

It will be the first parade held by the Warriors since they relocated from Oakland in 2019. Additionally, on Monday morning at 10:20 a.m., KTVU will televise a public rally that is free and open to everyone - it will also be televised live by KTVU and broadcasted live for viewers' enjoyment.

If you're planning on attending the parade, get there early. BART has advised arriving at either Powell Street or Civic Center station in order to experience the largest crowds since the pandemic began.

Bring your Clipper card with you. That's a mobile pass that works on buses and trains alike, and it's free for new riders. Plus, there isn't even a $3 fee to add it onto a smartphone using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Clipper cards will be available at the event for $15, and those without them can purchase them for $15. If you're driving, there are plenty of parking lots near the parade route: Embarcadero Center Garage and 101 California Parking Garage -- ParkABM are both located just a few blocks from it.

Prior to arriving for the parade, be sure to review any parking restrictions. More information can be found here.

For those who would prefer to watch the parade on TV, NBC Sports Bay Area will have coverage starting at 9:30 a.m. You may also catch it live on KTVU channel 2.

On Monday, the parade will commence at 11:20 a.m. and conclude around 2:00 p.m. It will traverse Market Street between Main and Market streets up until 8th Street; approximately 1.04 miles in length so be prepared for traffic delays.

Where is the parade held?

On Thursday night, the Golden State Warriors secured their fourth championship in eight years and are celebrating with a parade in San Francisco on Monday. After defeating the Boston Celtics 103-90 in Game 6, it's now time for celebrations!

Following their 2015, 2017 and 2018 titles, the Warriors held three parades in Oakland. However, after moving to Chase Center in Mission Bay before this upcoming season, the team will host its inaugural parade in downtown San Francisco - sure to be an exciting event for fans as well as members of the team!

To get to the parade route, riders must take BART. The service has released a guide to help riders plan their trip; it states that masks are required in all stations and on trains, with no post-parade rally planned. Riders can use Embarcadero, Montgomery Street, Powell Street or Civic Center stations to reach the route.

On Monday morning, thousands of people lined Market Street in anticipation of the parade that started at 11:20 a.m. The route is expected to last about one mile and will be televised live by NBA TV.

At the start of the parade, people stood in line crammed into streets hoping to catch a glimpse of their favorite players. Some were lined up a dozen deep. Others jumped down and ran in anticipation, hoping to touch their heroes' hands. It was an electrifying scene!

One of the stars of the parade was Klay Thompson, who interacted with people one-on-one throughout the route. Additionally, he dropped a championship ring onto the street and had some fun while doing so.

Steph Curry received a lot of attention when he donned his three championship rings on a necklace. He took to social media to share a photo of himself wearing the outfit.

The Warriors began their dynasty in Oakland with three championship parades; since moving to San Francisco they have held four. It will be exciting to see if this team can maintain this streak for several more years.

How can I watch the parade?

After their thrilling win against the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals, the Golden State Warriors will mark their fourth league title with a parade through downtown San Francisco on Monday. An estimated 1 million people are expected to pack the streets to watch in admiration.

It will be the first parade the team has held since moving from Oakland to San Francisco. It will be broadcast live on TV by NBC Bay Area, KRON and Telemundo 48.

Fans who can't make it to the parade can watch online through NBC Bay Area's website or any of their social media channels. KTVU channel 2 and 95.7 The Game offer radio coverage as well.

On Monday morning, November 20th, 2011 the championship parade will begin at 11:20 AM and conclude around 2 p.m. at Market & 8th Street in San Francisco. Along its 1.4-mile route which passes through downtown from Market Street at Main Street to 8th Street near Civic Center Station, revelers can celebrate this momentous occasion!

Reaching our location is easy with BART to the Embarcadero, Montgomery Street or Powell Street stations or by bus. Rides are free for children under 4 years of age and only $3 for adults with a Clipper card, plastic BART ticket stored digitally in your digital wallet or paper ticket with funds loaded.

Riders should anticipate delays, particularly on the Richmond line where a power cable issue has affected Red (Richmond-Millbrae) and Yellow (Antioch-SFO) line service. Some Red line trains won't stop at Montgomery Street so riders are advised to transfer to either Berryessa train or take a shuttle and then switch at MacArthur to catch a San Francisco train.

Drivers in downtown San Francisco can park at several garages. Market Street is the best place to park, just a short walk away from the parade route.

The Warriors' official website provides a list of items you may and may not bring along for the parade route. It also provides instructions on how to get there and where it will be held.

What can I bring to the parade?

The Golden State Warriors have won their fourth NBA championship in eight seasons and will celebrate with a parade Monday morning in San Francisco. The event starts at 11:20 a.m.

On the eve of their second championship parade in Oakland, KRON4 News reports that this year's festivities will be more subdued. According to Kylen Mills of KRON4 News in the Bay Area, there won't be a rally before or after the parade and players won't make any speeches on stage like previous years; rather, any player or coach comments will be broadcast live on TV.

Fans in downtown San Francisco should expect to wait in line for a long time before the parade starts. Some have been waiting since dawn, with streets packed with people eager to catch a glimpse of their favorite players.

It's wise to bring a blanket or other protective covering for the floor when walking down the street. Doing so can help minimize your chances of being hit by a car while walking down the street.

While you wait, NBC Bay Area and KRON will be live streaming the parade online. Additionally, local television stations such as Telemundo 48 and ABC7 will broadcast it.

If you want to avoid traffic jams during the parade, taking public transit is your best bet. BART will be running a special route and buses will be available to shuttle passengers from Montgomery Street Station to Civic Center, where it all culminates.

Children 4 and under are admitted free to the parade, but everyone else requires either a Clipper card or BART paper ticket with funds loaded. Please make sure to purchase either prior to leaving home.

It is recommended to download the Clipper app before leaving home. That way, you can quickly check your Clipper balance and pay for a ride using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

It's essential to be aware that BART trains won't stop at Montgomery Street Station before the parade begins, so riders from East Bay should head down to Powell or Civic Center stations and find a spot to watch it from. Additionally, bring extra snacks since food trucks may line the route.

How Much is the Golden State Warriors Ring Worth?

When the Golden State Warriors won their fourth title in eight years, it was one of basketball's most memorable victories. But it also raised a question that many fans had: how much was their championship ring worth?

Ultimately, the cost will depend on who owns the ring. With teams' ownership not afraid to splash out on luxury items, expect it to be quite costly.

1. The City of Oakland’s Ring

One of this season's Golden State warriors rings has a value, but how much was unknown until last month when Oakland received one from the team. According to Michael Hunt, special assistant to Mayor Libby Schaaf, it has an estimated worth of $13,500.

This stunning ring, featuring a 1.00-carat center diamond set in an openwork gallery of round and baguette-cut stones with triple-wire platinum band, was donated to the city of Oakland by The Warriors whose ownership is based there.

But the ring's value hasn't been the only thing to evolve since the team relocated to San Francisco in 2006. The city also made significant improvements to its port, which once competed with San Francisco but is now considered one of the West Coast's premier container ports.

Oakland's urban areas have long been plagued by poverty, crime, racial tensions and intractable bureaucratic inertia. Yet a surge of hope is emerging among its citizens.

A recent naming rights deal for Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum is another indication of progress in the city's long battle to become more vibrant. The Coliseum Authority is close to finalizing a three-year agreement with Belmont communications firm Ring Central at $1 million per year with an option for extension into year four.

This deal could be a step in the right direction for the city, which was on the brink of bankruptcy and may soon lose its Raiders franchise and possibly also its A's baseball team. A new stadium is expected to be constructed at Howard Terminal near Jack London Square by 2023.

Oakland appears to be on the right path to recovery, thanks in large part to Mayor Brown's tireless promotion of Oakland. He's made numerous trips downtown in an attempt to convince developers that investing in Oakland is worth taking on. Some of Oakland's most exciting projects include converting an old General Motors plant into lofts and creating an exciting artisan district on Telegraph Avenue.

2. Draymond Green’s Ring

Draymond Green has been an indispensable element of the Golden State Warriors success over the last ten years. He was selected 35th overall in 2012's NBA draft and has played an essential role on each of their four championship teams.

He is a three-time All-Star and has earned seven All-NBA and two All-Defensive team nominations. His intangibles play an integral role in how the Warriors win games on both ends of the court, making him invaluable to their success.

Green has been an integral part of the Warriors since he was drafted, helping them win titles in 2015, 2017, and 2018. Aside from his success on the court, Green also enjoys a happy marriage to actress Hazel Renee.

According to TMZ Sports, Green recently proposed to Renee with an extravagant diamond ring worth $300,000. He went all out for the moment and spent considerable time searching for the ideal ring.

Jason of Beverly Hills designed the ring, which features a carveout of the Bay Bridge made up of 43 white diamond baguettes. Each baguette represents a Larry O'Brien Trophy won by one member of the team.

As a member of the Warriors, Green has quickly earned himself a place among basketball's most beloved stars. He's renowned for his dedication and enthusiasm in the game.

In addition to his success on the court, he has also shown incredible generosity off it. He has donated time and talent to charity organizations and served as an inspirational mentor for young basketball players.

He has earned numerous accolades and awards, including the esteemed MVP award in 2010. Additionally, he is a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame.

He was raised in Saginaw, Michigan and was part of the 2012 state championship team. Afterwards, he attended Michigan State University for college where he played all four years. Upon graduation, he earned recognition as a consensus All-American and Big Ten Conference Sixth Man of the Year.

3. Stephen Curry’s Ring

Curry is considered one of the greatest players ever and was instrumental in reinventing the NBA. As one of the pioneers of using three-point shots as a key element of their game plan, he also contributed greatly to Golden State's dynasty which saw them win their first three championships.

He was named league MVP in 2014-15 and earned 6 All-NBA selections. Additionally, he has been involved with numerous philanthropic endeavors such as the Eat Learn Play Foundation that donates funds for education initiatives; additionally, he has made donations to science, technology and engineering educational programs.

Recently, the Golden State Warriors celebrated their third NBA title with Stephen Curry present to share in the joy. It was an incredibly special moment for him and his family alike.

On this momentous occasion, Curry presented the ring to everyone in the Warriors locker room - an unprecedented gesture by any NBA player. It was truly an inspiring and unforgettable moment for everyone involved.

This ring is truly one-of-a kind, featuring seven carats of yellow diamonds and 16 carats of white diamonds - the first time any ring has used yellow diamonds in its main face. The yellow stones symbolize the team's "Gold-Blooded" slogan used throughout last year's postseason.

Another thing that makes this ring unique is the way it was crafted. This piece was designed by Jason of Beverly Hills and it has been exquisitely customized.

On the front of the ring, there is a carve-out of the Bay Bridge featuring 43 white diamond baguettes that symbolize Stephen Curry's 43 point performance in Game 4 of the 2022 NBA Finals. It serves as a poignant reminder of just how hard he worked and how crucial that game was for the Warriors as they went on to win their second title.

The ring has also been inscribed with Boston's iconic parquet floor, where the championship was won. This stunning piece of jewelry was created to commemorate four core members of the Golden State Warriors dynasty: Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala.

4. Klay Thompson’s Ring

Klay Thompson is a four-time NBA champion for the Golden State Warriors and five-time NBA All-Star. He earned gold medals with the United States national team at both 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup and 2016 Olympics, making him one of the game's greatest three-point shooters and great defenders.

In 2019, Thompson, 33 years old, re-signed with the Warriors for $190 million over five years. Unfortunately, he suffered an anterior cruciate ligament tear during Game 6 of the 2018 NBA Finals that will keep him out for the 2019-20 season.

Thompson still made an impact on the court despite his injury, leading the Warriors to their first NBA title in 42 years and setting a franchise record for three-pointers. Additionally, he earned several accolades such as being named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team.

In addition to his success on the court, he has become a well-known personality off it as well. He's been linked to several high-profile women such as model Abigail Ratchford and Spider-Man Homecoming star Laura Harrier.

Though he has yet to find true happiness, his affinity for the water has brought him joy. He often arrives at training sessions aboard his yacht and enjoys having a good time.

He enjoys traveling to new places and had never been to Mexico before his summer tour of the Baja Peninsula last summer, a place that had always intrigued him since childhood.

On his trip, Klay took advantage of the chance to pick up his championship ring from last season's playoffs. Although it wasn't his first Klay moment of the day, it was a fun way for him to celebrate his fourth ring.

It remains uncertain whether Thompson jokingly picked up the ring or simply grabbed it by chance while walking down the street. The Warriors say they will investigate to determine whether this was an accident or something he did while away on vacation.

On Tuesday night, Thompson was in San Francisco to witness the Warriors receive their rings before facing off against the Los Angeles Lakers. For Golden State fans who have endured many ups and downs this season, this ceremony served as a much needed consolation.
