Flo Ridas 6YearOld Son In ICU After Fall From 5Story Window

Last month, Flo Rida's 6-year-old son Zohar Dillard ended up in the intensive care unit (ICU) after falling from a five-story window. His mother Alexis Adams is suing the building's owners and managers for negligence.

TMZ reports that Adams is suing the building's management for "negligent and careless." She also wants money to cover her son's medical bills, naming several defendants such as Pitch Perfect 74, LLC and Goldberg Management in her suit.

Zohar Dillard’s Mother Files Lawsuit

Rapper Flo Rida's 6-year-old son, Zohar Dillard, is currently in critical condition after falling from a 5-story window earlier this month. The child with autism and a brain condition suffered multiple injuries including a fractured pelvis, fractures to his feet and left metatarsals, Grade 3 liver laceration, internal bleeding and collapsed lungs.

Last week, Zohar's mother Alexis Adams filed a lawsuit against the Jersey City building's management and owners. She alleges they were negligent and careless in failing to install size guards on the windows which allowed her son to fall from the fifth story and sustain serious injury.

On Monday, March 27th Adams filed a lawsuit in which she sought unspecified damages and asked the court to award her expenses related to her son's injuries. She is suing Pitch Perfect 74 LLC, Goldberg Management, Carlos Machado and various John and Jane Does as well as various construction companies and window installation businesses.

She is seeking an additional $2 million in punitive damages, according to Daily Voice. She contends the defendants were negligent in their handling of her son's case and hopes to receive some sort of settlement to cover her treatment and medical bills.

Steven P. Haddad, Adams' attorney, informed Daily Voice about the incident at the start of March and believes the defendants were negligent in their handling of Zohar's case. According to him, they failed to heed Zohar's repeated requests for window guards installation which led to her son falling from a window and suffering serious injuries.

She hopes Tramar Lacel Dillard, better known as Tramar Lacel Dillard, will step up and help pay for Zohar's medical expenses. While he has been providing his son with an undisclosed amount of support, Adams feels it is not enough to fully take care of the young boy.

Zohar’s Injuries

Zohar Dillard, son of rapper Flo Rida and former girlfriend Alexis Adams, is currently in an intensive care unit after falling out of a fifth-story window in March. He suffered serious injuries such as fractures in his pelvis and left foot, as well as lacerated liver, collapsed lungs, and internal bleeding when rushed to the hospital in March.

Alexis Adams, the boy's mother, filed a lawsuit against the building owners, managers and construction company responsible for her son's fall, alleging their negligence caused his injuries. According to the suit, they were "negligent, careless and reckless" by not installing adequate window guards.

Adams alleged the incident occurred at the beginning of March and she believes it was due to negligence on behalf of the defendants, leading Zohar to fall onto concrete pavement below and sustain serious injuries including lacerated liver, left metatarsal fractures, collapsed lungs and internal bleeding.

According to TMZ, Adams' lawyer Steven Haddad informed them that doctors deemed Zohar's survival a miracle due to his 50-foot fall. He continued that Zohar remains in a full body cast, is barely moving and has had to relearn how to walk again.

Since his birth in 2016, the child has been diagnosed with hydrocephalus, a condition which causes abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in the ventricles of the brain. Unfortunately, there is currently no known cure for this illness.

Zohar's parents have been by his side every day in the hospital and are hoping that he will make a speedy recovery.

Zohar filed a lawsuit in pursuit of damages and attorney's fees for his medical bills. Additionally, it alleges that building owners and managers were negligent for not installing proper size guards on the windows at his apartment.

On Monday, TMZ reported the lawsuit filed by the boy's mom Alexis Adams. She reports his injuries are so severe that he is currently in the Intensive Care Unit with multiple pelvis fractures, left metatarsal fractures, lacerated liver and internal bleeding. He is currently wearing a full body cast but his mom has been by his side every day to help him heal.

Zohar’s Treatment

Zohar Dillard, 6, is in intensive care after falling five stories from a window three weeks ago. According to New York's Daily Voice, his parents are taking legal action against the Jersey City apartment building where his special needs child fell from five stories above and suffered severe injuries. According to reports, Zohar is currently being cared for in an intensive care unit.

Zohar, a special needs child diagnosed with autism and a brain condition before the accident, suffered severe injuries from the fall. His pelvis was fractured, left metatarsal fractures were suffered, grade 3 liver laceration was sustained, internal bleeding occurred and his lungs collapsed; as a result he remains in intensive care as of Wednesday afternoon.

Alexis Adams, Zohar's mother, filed a lawsuit in Jersey City alleging the apartment building "posed an unsafe condition" that allowed her son to fall from the fifth-story window onto the pavement below. She claims building management was negligent and careless in failing to install size guards on windows for safety's sake.

According to his lawsuit, her son "fell from the window without warning" and is currently in intensive care with serious injuries. He wears a full body cast, with doctors saying it's an incredible miracle he survived this incident.

Though not often described as mystical, the Zohar encompasses four types of Biblical exegesis: Peshat (literal meaning), Remez (allusion), Derash (anagogical) and Sod (mystic). This last sense is especially significant in the Zohar, since it suggests that all visible things possess an esoteric significance intended to instruct human beings.

The Zohar is a book of spiritual insight that transcends time, creating an experience "beautiful because it takes you into another realm" as Dartmouth professor Heschel puts it.

The Zohar's power lies in its mystical language and universal understanding - even by those unfamiliar with Kabbalah. It can provide comfort to those who have fallen away from their faith or are facing a spiritual crisis.

Zohar’s Future

Rapper Flo Rida's 6-year-old son is in the intensive care unit after falling from a fifth-story window earlier this month. His injuries include a shattered pelvis, left metatarsal fractures, grade 3 liver laceration, internal bleeding and collapsed lungs.

Alexis Adams, the boy's mother, is suing the building owners and managers, as well as a construction company and window installation firm over the incident. She asserts that the windows "posed a hazardous condition" which caused her son to fall from the fifth floor onto concrete pavement below.

She recounts that her son was a special needs child with previously diagnosed autism and a brain condition. He suffered from hydrocephalus, a neurological disorder caused by an abnormal buildup of cerebrospinal fluid within cavities within the brain that can cause vision problems, vomiting, headaches and an enlargement of the head.

Zohar is currently in a "full-body cast and can barely move," his mother's lawyer reports. Her lawsuit seeks damages, attorney's fees and payment of medical bills.

Adams alleges the building's windows were defective, creating a safety risk for her son with autism. She repeatedly requested management to install size guards on the windows but this wasn't done; as a result, Adams says her son fell out of the window and landed on concrete sidewalk below with serious injuries.

Her son's father, rapper Flo Rida (real name Tramar Lacel Dillard), wasn't named in the suit and DailyMail reported he wasn't even present at the incident. They began dating back in 2016 and welcomed their son that same year.

Adams expressed her dismay at the incident to News12 New Jersey and demanded compensation for her son's injuries. Additionally, she claimed that building management was "negligent and careless" in not installing adequate guards to protect her son.

Her son has now been hospitalized for three weeks and remains in the ICU. It's uncertain how long he will remain there.
