America's first LEGO Discovery Center opens its doors at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta. Targeted towards kids between 3 and 10, this engaging play space offers a range of hands-on activities and classes to keep children engaged and learning.

At this family-friendly destination, guests will experience 12 exciting attractions and activities such as Kingdom Quest ride, Merlin's Apprentice, four 4D movies and the Master Builder Academy. Additionally, MINILAND boasts an impressive collection of LEGO models.

Get Ready to Blast Off!

America's first next-gen LEGO Discovery Center opens its doors in Atlanta on March 31. This $5 million renovation provides a range of fun and educational experiences for families with children aged 3-10 years old.

Phipps Plaza, just north of downtown Atlanta, is conveniently located. You can get there by car or using MARTA's rapid transit service from downtown to Buckhead Station.

Once inside, discover 12 play zones to inspire your creative side. Take a factory tour and learn how LEGO bricks are made, embark on an epic adventure in MINILAND, or meet your favorite LEGO characters at Duplo Play Zone.

For even more family fun, don't miss The Great LEGO(r) Race VR Experience! A 360-video adventure takes guests on an exciting journey across rocky mountains, flowing rivers and even hot lava.

Kids can test their ninjago skills and battle evil forces at LEGO Discovery Center Atlanta's new ninjago play-zone.

Experience Spaceship Build & Scan

Create your own spaceship and venture into the digital universe with LEGO Tech's remarkable experience. At just the touch of a button, your design is projected onto an expansive screen - giving you a chance to fly through galaxies and other planets in a craft made entirely out of LEGO bricks!

Experience an exciting and unique scanning adventure with Scanner Probes by launching them and positioning them within a blue sphere.

Space enthusiasts, this is a must-do activity for you and your family! Build a spaceship from LEGO Tech, then have friends and family watch as it takes off on its journey on the big screen!

In addition to these new experiences, the Center will also feature an expanded DUPLO Park for toddlers and younger guests, a Minifigure Creator area where kids can create custom Minifigures, and a Build Adventures area where they can test their skills on various tracks. Furthermore, various special event and group programs will be offered later this year.

Have Fun in the DUPLO Park

LEGOLAND Discovery Center is America's first indoor play-zone where kids and adults alike can create, marvel and participate. At 35,000 square feet of space, there are various zones such as Spaceship Build & Scan, Build Adventures, DUPLO Park and Minifigure Creator.

DUPLO Park is a haven for budding engineers and their families, featuring fun activities such as building a DUPLO dinosaur, spinning the wheel in the big construction challenge, or even catching ducks in the DUPLO duck pond.

Children can meet a wide variety of LEGO characters at the DUPLO Cafe. Additionally, they can learn about LEGO bricks at the LEGO Factory tour and explore Master Builder Academy.

The Atlanta LEGO Discovery Center is set to open its doors after an extensive renovation project on the third floor of Phipps Plaza in Buckhead and welcome visitors beginning March 31, 2019.

In addition to regular admission tickets, the attraction also provides an activity pack which consists of stamp cards secured to a lanyard that can be collected throughout the site. Doing so rewards you with a collectible medallion that changes monthly.
