BMW has unveiled the 2024 X5 M and X6 M Competition models, both now only available in Competition trim with a redesigned V8 engine that utilizes 48V mild-hybrid technology.

The M3 GTS has been designed with a stiffer rear axle support and coilover suspension to meet racing demands. Its dampers can be independently variable in traction and compression travel, its brakes have been upgraded for maximum power, and its height has been lowered for improved handling.
The BMW M3 GTS is an all-wheel-drive model that weighs 136 kg (300 lb) less than its regular M3 counterpart. This weight reduction is achieved through lighter centre console and door panels, polycarbonate side and rear windows, as well as the absence of seats in the back compartment.
