Wayne, born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., is an American hip hop artist and record producer. Known for his solo career and formerly a member of the rap group Hot Boys.

Born in September of 1987 in New Orleans and raised in the streets of Hollygrove, New Orleans. To a single mother, he and his siblings learned the importance of living a life of hustle. He soon found his way into hip-hop and started rapping.
