The controversial rapper Anthony Friday-Scott, better known as Ludacris, has finally decided to commit to his love LudaSwitch by taking the plunge and exchanging vows. After two years of marriage, the two are still strong and in love, even handling their fair share of fights.


Born Christopher Brian Bridges in Champaign, Illinois USA, Ludacris is now a famous rapper and actor. Being the only child to parents Wayne Bridges and Roberta Shields, of African-American and English descent, he moved with his family to Chicago US, attending Emerson Middle School in Oak Park and Oak Park & River Forest High School. The family later moved to Centreville, Virginia US, where he attended Centreville High School. Once again, they relocated to Atlanta, Georgia US, where he attended Banneker High School, matriculating in 1995.

Being the victim of sexual and mental abuse as a child back in Gabon, she has dedicated herself to support, educate and empower women and children in the US and Africa, who are facing the same issues. She founded a non-profit organization called Unspoken Angels, with the aim of raising funds and awareness about sexual and mental maltreatment, helping verbally, mentally and sexually abused women to deal the problems arising from such experiences, encouraging positive perceptions of self-worth. The Preview, a mixtape to preview the album was released on July 28, 2008. Theater of the Mind was released on November 24, 2008, and in April 2008, the single "Let's Stay Together" appeared on xxlmag.com; supposedly from the new album ("Let's Stay Together" was expected to but was released as a bonus track on the CD). A song with Small World called "Pinky Shinin" was expected to be on the album, but it was dropped. In an interview with Complex Magazine he stated that Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, T.I., Plies, Common, T-Pain, Jay-Z, Nas and The Game will be on the album; Game is featured in a track with Willy Northpole titled "Call Up the Homies". T.I. was on the album on a track called "Wish You Would" squashing the long feud between them. The album debuted at number five on the Billboard 200 with 213,493 sold first week. The album was released the same day as Kanye West's 808s & Heartbreak, which took the number-one spot.

On May 24, 2013, Ludacris released a mixtape entitled #IDGAF. He had been releasing a new song on Fridays as he is calling these releases IDGAF Fridays. These songs, in order of release, were "Raised in the South" featuring rapper Jeezy, released on April 19. That release was followed by "If I Ain't Fucked Up" on April 26, "9 Times Out of 10" featuring rappers French Montana & Que on May 3, "Speak into The Mic" on May 10, and "I Don't Give A Fuck" on May 17. The last song was released a week before the release of the mixtape. The mixtape had almost 60,000 downloads via datpiff.com within the first day. Ludacris reprised his role as Tej in the blockbuster movie Fast & Furious 6, which opened during Memorial Day Weekend, May 2013. Ludacris had this to say about his upcoming new album: "I think every album is like a progression, I'm working with different producers. Usher, We definitely have this album which is a great thing. Ne-Yo is also on the album and I have producers like David Guetta, we have Stargate, have trainees. [The] Kelly Rowland single just came out that you need to check out. It's called 'Representing'". The Georgia State University grad is raising his eldest daughter to be “strong-minded and very strategic in her thinking,” he exclusively told Us Weekly in June 2020. “She’s starting to teach me things. She just wants to know how she can help. She’s very politically charged and that helps her in terms of being a part of something. She knows there’s a bigger picture of trying to change the world. … She’s teaching me so much, but also wanting to learn.”

In the past, the couple has been candid about the ups and downs of their relationship — including a tragic miscarriage that left their entire family devastated.
