Many of you have asked for more Vegan Recipes, so I combed through my blog and compiled a list of 40 of our BEST Vegan Meals. These vibrant, plant-based recipes are full of flavor and feature fresh seasonal produce most prominently. Consider what is in season in your neck of the woods and pick out a few to try this week! The Best Vegan Burger!

Veggie Burgers never need to be boring! This Asian-style, grilled, vegan Portobello Mushroom Burger is full of delicious umami flavor! It’s slathered with an Asian-style “Guacamole”, topped with a cool cucumber ribbon salad and crunchy carrot slaw. So much flavor and texture here! Healthy, delicious and really satisfying- this veggie burger hits the spot!

Mediterranean Eggplant Wraps with Kale Slaw and Everyday Tahini Sauce. Keep it gluten-free with gluten-free wraps, or turn the whole thing into a hearty salad, by simply serving it in a bowl. Soooooooo full of flavor and nutrients. Keep it vegan or add feta.

The Best Falafels!

Falafels with Tahini Sauce. This authentic recipe is made with soaked, uncooked chickpeas and hands-down has the BEST texture and flavor! So easy! Bake them or pan-sear them. Great in wraps, bowls, or salads.

These vegan cauliflower tacos are a fan favorite! The filling stars our crispy breaded cauliflower (baked, not fried), which are reminiscent of the texture of fish tacos. Add to that refried beans and silky Yum Yum Sauce and they’re all about one thing: big flavor! Scroll down for the recipe.


To kick off the New Year, I’ve rounded up my top 85 easy vegan recipes. This easy sheet pan dinner is full of colorful vegetables and loaded with flavor! It's a plant-based dinner that roasts up everything on a sheet pan at once: lots of good-for-you veggies and chickpeas for plant based protein. Throw it all in the oven while you cook rice or quinoa. Top with a dollop of hummus, vegan sour cream, or another vegan sauce. Dinnertime win!
