Maple Street Biscuit Company - The Best Things About Maple Street Biscuit Company

Food

We randomly found this place as we were leaving another attraction. The food taste great and the prices are fair. You order your food first and then find a place to sit. Pancakes were well sized and very moist and tasty.

With those principles in mind, we craft good food from great products. It's not just about a flaky buttermilk biscuit, it's what you put inside it. Using quality ingredients, making the most of them in house, and serving some of the best locally roasted coffee, Maple Street will turn you into a regular. (Source: www.riverviewchamber.com)

What an awesome place to stumble on. Even though it is a chain, it feels more like a local spot. Staff was really nice. The menu is creative and delicious. Strongly recommend the bam yo-yo. Really just recommend anything. You can't go wrong.

-Pay for effort ratio: The work at MSBco is HARD, but quite rewarding. But simply put, there are countless easier jobs that pay better. -No Tips: The concept is out of love, making customers feel like guests eating at home. But the low pay would be closer to acceptable with tips. Biscuit

I was definitely shocked by how good Maple Street Biscuit Company was and at the fact that the wait was minimal - probably because people haven't quite discovered this place. It's amazing!! A fantastic alternative to your usual breakfast spot without the hour+ wait!! The maple latte is a must order!

Flaky biscuits anchor the menu, with toppings such as all natural fried chicken, fried eggs, pecan wood smoked bacon, maple syrup, collard greens, fried goat cheese medallions, house-made pepper jelly and "gravy with a little kick." Sides include mac-n-cheese, bluegrass grits, sweet potato fries with maple mustard dipping sauce and fried green tomatoes. (Source: visittallahassee.com)
