  • 2 Tbsp butter,  set some aside to grease the soufflé dishes later
  • 8 ounces of finely chopped Chocolate. You can also use Chocolate bars.
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • ½ cups of sugar, set some aside to coat soufflé dishes
  • Six egg whites
  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Preheat the oven at 375°F.
  2. Now it's time to prepare the soufflé dishes. Grease the soufflé dishes with some butter and coat with sugar by sprinkling a tablespoon of sugar into the bottom of each ramekin.
  3. Now tap the dish to spread some sugar into the corners.
  4. Then, melt the Chocolate. Into a heatproof bowl add two tablespoons of butter and Chocolate.
  5. Now fill in any deep saucepan with water and heat it. When the water is boiling place the heatproof bowl into it, remember the chocolate bowl doesn't touch the surface. Meltdown the Chocolate until it's smooth.
  6. Now remove the Chocolate from heat and add in some vanilla and salt.
  7. In another bowl, whisk together the yolks, and add 1.4 cups of sugar.  Whisk this mixture with a hand whisker or beater. When the yolks start to change its color from yellow to light shade.
  8. Now combine the melted Chocolate with the yolks mixture. Slightly fold it with a spatula until thoroughly combined.
  9. Now beat the egg whites separately. Beat them until the egg whites are formed in the shape of shaving foam.
  10. Add ¼ the cup of sugar to the egg whites mixture. Run the beater on medium speed. Beat for 4-5 minutes or until they form stiff peaks.
  11. Now, with the help of a spoon scoop in ¼ beaten egg whites into the chocolate base bowl. Mix them well.
  12. Then, gently fold the egg whites into the base in two batches. Scoop the egg whites on top of the chocolate base. Now cut through the center of the mixture scoop down with a spatula. Repeat the procedure.
  13. Now gradually divide the soufflé batter between the prepared ramekins.
  14. Bake soufflés for about 18-20 minutes.
  15. Soufflés can be served immediately.

3.       Now in a small saucepan, on medium heat, stir in the glucose with water. Cook this until the glucose is completely dissolved.

4.       Now add in cream and cocoa and let it simmer for a while.

5.       Then, remove the mixture from heat and add-in gelatin and stir.

6.       In a small saucepan add cream and cocoa glucose.

7.       Now with the help of a strainer pour in the mixture in a bowl and let it cool at 35°C/95°F, stir it gently to save it from forming.

8.       Once your mixture is cold and well frozen, you can now coat your cake.

9.       Allow your cake to be in the fridge for 15 minutes before you serve it.

10.   Your glazy cake is now ready to be served.
