Like so many others, this was a “Oh-Oh! It’s-5:00-and-I-Don’t-Have-a-Plan-for-Dinner” discovery! The house smelled amazing while it cooked! (I felt like a gourmet chef!) This meal was a HUGE success and easy to make! My teenagers scarfed it down and requested it be added to my fix-again list. Thank you for sharing!

What Is Miym Chicken?

This MIYM Chicken stands for Melt In Your Mouth chicken. It’s one of those classic, easy chicken recipes that I am sure you’ve had at some point in your life. My mom used to make it with mayonnaise and while that was fine, I always thought she may have used a little too much. There is a fine line with mayo in my opinion. (Source:

How to Tell When Your Chicken Is Done?

As with any chicken recipe, the answer here is yes based on the thickness of the boneless chicken breasts you use. If your chicken breasts are trimmed thin they will bake faster than a thick chicken breast.

Hi! I’m Shelly and I’m an addict. Of the buttercream sort. I started this site a few years ago as a way to justify my sugary, buttery obsession with desserts. It has worked out well for me so far, because as it turns out you guys all love sugary, buttery desserts too! It feels good to know you're not alone, doesn’t it?

With a light, crispy exterior and moist interior, Japanese katsu is comfort food at its best. Traditionally made with pork, it’s great with chicken, too. The panko-coated fried cutlets are typically accompanied by finely sliced cabbage and tangy, sweet and salty katsu sauce. However, they are also served over rice (katsu don), with curry (katsu curry), and in a sandwich (katsu sando). For the crunchiest katsu, don’t be tempted to substitute regular breadcrumbs for the classic panko. And make sure to maintain the oil temperature as the cutlets cook. (Source: www.foodnetwork.com)

I made this last night and it was delicious! I had a large bone-in chicken breast so I took the skin off and removed the bones and took what was left and sliced it into 4 pieces. I followed the reciped almost exactly but used 3/4 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of heavy cream. There were two of us and we each had one piece of chicken for dinner and then each made a sandwich the next day with the other two pieces. This came together fairly quickly and would be something a bit glamorus to serve to company. I served it with rice pilaf which was a good combination. Thanks for the recipe.

My kids always bring home their friends after practice, so the night I made this I decided to x4 the recipe just in case. Initially I had 3 extra teenagers, but by the time we cleaned dinner up I had 9. I served it with mash potatoes and steamed vegetables. The sauce over mash potatoes were incredible! The kids could not get enough of it and have begged me to make it again, which I plan to do tonight. (Source:

I had cooked my chicken in the instant pot earlier during they day and was ooking for something to use it for. I came across this recipe and it looked good so I just doubled the sauce recipe and served it over my instant pot chicken and mashed potatoes and it was so good! Thank you so much for sharing such a great tasting sauce! Hubby loved it too! It went in our “do over” list.

This was wonderful. I stuck to the recipe but made one and a half times the sauce so there would be plenty for leftovers and added 2 packets of sazon sin anchiotte to the sauce. I also used crushed garlic rather than whole cloves because that was all I had. It was great and everyone loved it. Thank you for the recipe … it’s a keeper and VERY easy!!!

So good! I had some thin-sliced chicken breast I needed to use, and I love cream sauces, so I discovered this recipe. I took a chance on a work night and made it for my dinner and next day’s lunch. Wow! I love this chicken! I can’t wait to make it again, next time maybe for my girlfriend or my mother. (Source: cafedelites.com)
