Busy Place to Work Most of My Co Workers R Very Supportive Which Makes My Job so Much Better

So far I love working here at bubbas 33 it’s a fast paced job with plenty of hours my co workers help out as much as possible and everyone gets alone real well even in the middle of a rush only thing I wish would be better is the pay I work very very hard and I feel I’m not pay what I should be besides that my experience has been awesome. Bubba’s 33 was created in 2013 by Kent Taylor, Founder of Texas Roadhouse restaurants. Kent’s vision was to create a restaurant where families, friends, and sports teams could gather to enjoy a lively atmosphere without sacrificing quality food. Bubba’s 33 is just that – a place for all things American – food, family, sports, and beer! Taylor: It’s a very similar to Texas Roadhouse. When we opened Roadhouse, my first Texas Roadhouse has had positive sales for 26 years. We come in to market with Bubba’s 33, so people don’t know who we are, and they get to experience the food and service. And the most important is food. Because of preconceived notions of sports bars, they assume, we’ll have frozen burgers and frozen chickens, and don’t realize, we make our pizza from scratch, our hamburger buns from scratch. Everything is from scratch, and when people try it, they’ll come back. The food matters.
