While he was with the New Orleans Saints from 1997 to 2011, he held positions as a QB coach in Pittsburgh, Kansas City, and Philadelphia. Afterwards, he was the offensive coordinator of the Green Bay Packers. His teams produced two AP Offensive Rookies of the Year in 2013 and a CFL MVP in 2014.
