Michael Jordan was born into an athletic family in North Carolina, who in turn taught him the importance of competition. He attended North Carolina University and majored in finance, which would eventually lead him to his career in the National Basketball Association. In spite of his immense success and continued popularity, Michael Jordan has remained largely the same person today. His success in the NBA is perhaps too well known to give him credit. For all the personal growth he has experienced throughout the years.

MJ is often called the greatest Bball player that has been ever born. He won six National Basketball Association (NBA) titles and was the best player in the league for three consecutive years, before retiring in 2004.
