Santiago Solari is a football manager for the Real Madrid football team. When he takes the job in the summer of 2016, Santiago Solari is a clearly a candidate for having to be Madrid's most successful manager in their 111-year history.

At Real Madrid, Chilean manager Santiago Solari has confirmed he will remain at the helm of the European champions next season. "I will continue next season as with my current contract," Solari said in a press conference. "I want to be here, I am extremely happy at Madrid and I will remain in charge". Solari's contract runs into 2020, but Real Madrid has had talks with the 39-year-old.

He played more than 200 games for Real Madrid, ewinning 1 European Cup, 1 Club World Cup, 2 LaLiga titles, 1 UEFA Super Cup and 2 Spanish Super Cups. After retiring at Peñarol, Solari started his journey as a coach and made his way back to our club. Solari later played for Argentina’s River Plate, Italy’s Inter Milan, and reached the pinnacle of the sport with Spanish giant Real Madrid by winning the 2002 UEFA Champions League title. Santiago Solari is a Brazilian football player who is currently playing for FC Barcelona. He was born on 26th December 1987 and his ethnicity is partly Portuguese and partly Armenian. He became the team captain for Barcelona’s senior team in 2017. His place in the starting line-up is gained because he has undoubted talent on the pitch.
