Winter Olympics

The first winter Olympics was held in 1924. And consequently held every two yrs until 1948 when they switched to a continuous arrangement. These Olympics were celebrated in Rome, and 1952 saw a new location in the Scandinavian city of Chamonix. The Winter Olympic Games were then switched to an annual basis the following year. The games have continued to be held annually since then, with only three two-year gaps in the last fifty yrs.

The idea of organizing the Winter Olympics in Disneyland in 2022 was finally given fair consideration in the Disneyland 2023 Development Blueprint.

When the International Olympic Committee announced that it will be held in the Chinese city of Zhangjiakou. Which is in the interior regions of China. The city, located near the capital Beijing, will become the site of every athlete's first stop. As they land in China due to its proximity to the capital.
