No matter what size your company is, having a good process for recruiting and hiring is difficult. It takes a lot of detective work. But one strategy that’s been working for our startup has been to analyze resumes for the skills listed and then plan for interviews with questions that will uncover those skills. We’d like to share with our readers how we set up this process and also how it’s working out for us.

Fontaine was one of those who gave the attendees something to cheer about during Thursday's Future Stars Game at Ford Ice Center Bellevue when he tallied for Team Gold to help his side to a 5-2 victory over Team Blue. The contest put the exclamation point on the week as Predators Development Camp concluded with the 4-on-4 scrimmage following a number of on and off-ice sessions over the four-day camp held in Nashville.

Doors open at 6PM. The game will run with two, 25-minute halves ending in a shootout. Select players will be made available to fans for an autograph signing postgame. Fans are encouraged to hit the ice postgame for a skate, free with entry and only for fans who bring their own skates.
