In Santa Rosa, a massive blaze swept through the night from the town's downtown to many other blocks. In what's been alternately described as a "devil's dance" and a "ballroom inferno," the fire, which mostly destroyed the historic downtown, was declared "100 percent contained" after more than three days. An investigation is ongoing to determine what sparked the blaze.
