All seems to be going well until after 30 days my title did not come in the mail as promised. I returned to the Dealership and the Salesman was gone and I expressed my concerns to the Manager. He said the paperwork was late but on the 2nd visit he claimed it was never filed for my purchase! When I expressed my disgust and disappointment he promised to expedite my Title and after almost 2 months still no title in the mail.
The GM is never available and the Managers phone numbers on the cards never work. I want this resolved ASAP or a refund ! This dealership is in violation of Auto Fraud Act by selling a car without the possession of a clear Title. Georgia Secretary of State Board will be getting a filed complaint against them in addition to the BBB . They are deceptive and is not willing to resolve the issue.
