James Kennedy recently moved into his dream home with Ally Lewber and took to social media to show off its pool-filled backyard. Ally first made her appearance on the hit Bravo series in February 2022. 1. The Pool One of the great joys of summertime is lounging by a pool, splashing around in the water or spending lazy days at the beach - but for many Americans these memorable experiences come with painful associations of recreational segregation. Recently, a deejay interacted with his followers via an Instagram Q&A session and shared photos from his new home's backyard, featuring its expansive inground pool. According to its listing, this property boasts "new roofing, windows, hardwood floors, fixtures and fencing," measuring 1,327 square feet. Furthermore, the backyard features a patio area as well as a detached garage. While Ally has not appeared on the reality series yet, James confirmed she resides there when speaking with Lala Kent during an episode of her "Give 'Em Lala" podcast in February 2022. Prior to moving in together in Los Angeles apartment complex, they previously lived as roommates; Ally will ultimately decide whether she appears on future episodes or not. 2. The Bar James and Ally may have downsized from their previous apartment, but still have enough space in their backyard to host parties. James posted a photo of his home to Instagram with the caption, "Meet the New Pad!" James was visibly distraught over Tom Sandoval's cheating scandal with Ariana Madix and stormed off set during filming, prompting viewers to wonder whether something had gone amiss during filming. Later apologizing, James announced that Ally and him had moved into a larger house in Burbank. James has chosen a home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a spacious backyard to work on his music in peace. Additionally, it comes complete with his dream studio where he can practice his instrument. He dropped $1million on his home purchase according to real estate records in March. Ally first made her appearance in Vanderpump Rules during season 10's premiere episode; since then she has also appeared as a guest star on Lala Kent's podcast called Give Them Lala in February 2022. 3. The Patio James has created an absolutely breathtaking outdoor living space. The large patio boasts plenty of seating and tables, a BBQ area, an art studio where James works on his music, as well as being enclosed by a white fence with lush greenery all around it. Vanderpump Rules: Pumped Up Edition was where DJ first revealed his home for Ally and himself to move in together in Burbank, California - with all new windows, roofing, hardwood floors, fixtures, fencing as well as an extended driveway and detached garage! Simple changes can make an immediate impact in your outdoor space. Painting the ground with a bold print immediately made this patio more welcoming; chairs, coffee table and accent pillows completed the ensemble beautifully before hanging plants took it even further. 4. The Grill James Kennedy is both an award-winning deejay and accomplished chef. Recently, the former Vanderpump Rules cast member posted an Instagram photo showing off his grill setup - complete with spices, tools and even wine and napkin nearby! Kitchen is equally impressive as backyard and appears to have plenty of space for Ally Lewber to cook in her new home. Ally and David once lived together in an LA apartment that featured in the show. On February 20,22 during "Give Them Lala", former Sur busser David Sur was asked on a podcast whether fans will see Ally appear again in future episodes of reality show. He did not confirm if she will return, but stated it was up to her decision. In the meantime, we can enjoy their Instagram photos from their swanky new digs! 5. The Music Ally Venable stands out as an artist of rare talent with her silky voice and playful humor, creating music inspired by legendary blues artists such as Buddy Guy and Stevie Ray Vaughan that resonates with today's blues fans. She has rocked audiences worldwide on Ruf Records European Blues Caravan tour as well as opening for them and Kenny Wayne Shepherd before heading on her own tours throughout the U.S. She recently teamed up with Pak's to host a series of concerts throughout the summer that combined her musical talent with stories about life on the road. Real Gone!, her latest album release date, was on February 24. On social media, he provided additional details of the house on display: it features three bedrooms and two custom-designed bathrooms; it boasts a large kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and boasts an inviting backyard that includes a pool, patio area and fence; plus its $1500 bean bag and Restoration Hardware blanket! 6. The Games James recently relocated from his two-bedroom apartment on Wilshire Boulevard to a roughly 1,300 square foot home in Burbank. The interior boasts an earthy yet modern vibe and includes custom designed bathrooms. There is ample parking space for his car collection. As we can expect from Ally and James' former space on Wilshire, their backyard will likely include trees, shrubs and numerous plants similar to what they had there previously - who knows maybe Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix will even join in hosting pop-off pool parties with them? 7. The Food James and Ally know the perfect setting for hosting a BBQ, which is why they invite their friends over. James serves up delicious pastrami beef ribs alongside Filipino pork belly burnt ends as well as offering guests delicious drinks and treats! As for whether or not fans will see Ally on Vanderpump Rules again in the future, that decision rests solely with her. On a February 2022 episode of James' podcast "Give Them Lala", Ally revealed it is ultimately up to her whether or not she appears. Recent moves for Ally and James included downsizing to a gorgeous home in Burbank that boasts three bedrooms, with an enormous kitchen that features James' DJ equipment, as well as a pool party or two at their new pad! They recently relocated from Los Angeles, which boasted four. Now in Burbank, their beautiful house comes equipped with three bedrooms, as well as its own backyard - possibly promising some surprise pool parties? 9. The Party After his dramatic breakdown at Vanderpump Rules reunions, James surprised fans by announcing that he purchased an approximately 1,300-square foot house. It features three bedrooms and two custom designed bathrooms as well as an outdoor pool in its backyard, along with private driveway access, hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances and outdoor fencing - features which were all hallmarks of luxury at the time. Ally has given her fans a glimpse inside James and Ally's gorgeous new apartment. In a video she showcased a $1,500 bean bag and Restoration Hardware blanket as well as his incredible office. James boasted about his spacious kitchen by saying that "Ally doesn't do any cooking at all, and I do it all myself". But who is Ally? According to her LinkedIn profile, the Springboro, Ohio native works in entertainment journalism and graduated with a bachelor's degree in entertainment industry studies from Belmont University in Nashville in 2018. According to James' account, they met during a Tom Sandoval's band concert The Most Extras concert in Agoura Hills California in 2018.
