The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Orlando, Florida is ready for its coming-of-age. Almost 100 years after its grand opening, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino celebrates its birthday with a 200-man black-tie affair, the Future Rock Star Suite.

We had the chance to experience Hard Rock Hotel’s Future Rock Star Suites and we’re glad we did. We’re a family of music lovers, so staying at Hard Rock Hotel was awesome. Everything from the great hotel theme details to the world-class amenities, it’s no wonder I recommend it as a top choice for parents and kids alike.

Our Future Rock Star Suite was located on the seventh floor Rock Royalty Level. This allowed us to take advantage of the exclusive perks that come along with it. You have access to the Rock Royalty lounge where you can enjoy complimentary continental breakfast and evening horsd’oeuvres, beer and wine for anyone 21 and up, and desserts. This alone is worth it for us as a family. Plus, there are two separate TV viewing areas in the lounge. (Source: blog.discoveruniversal.com)

This massively upscale resort is a fun, funky, rock-and-roll themed hotel that offers front row access the Universal Orlando Resort™ theme parks. Flush with rock music memorabilia and modern amenities, the Universal's Hard Rock Hotel® is a mere five-minute walk from Universal Studios Florida™, Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ and the International Premium Outlets. Bringing the best for both crowds, kids will enjoy an arcade and pool with a sandy beach and waterslide. Meanwhile, adults will find resort-style pool, on-site dining and a Fender guitar library, for music aficionados (Fender guitars are available for the duration of your stay). Suites, of course, are spotless, spacious and packed with modern amenities.

On my family’s recent trip to Orlando, one of our big splurges was booking the Future Rock Star Suite at Hard Rock Hotel. While my family of five could have all slept in one regular room, none of us would have slept well. Supposedly, my husband and I both snore. And one of our kids is so restless at night that I can’t bear it. (Source: milesforfamily.com)
