Atticus Shaffer was born on June 17, 1998 in Salt Lake City, United States.

Atticus Ronald Shaffer (born June 19, 1998) is an American actor known for playing Brick Heck on the ABC sitcom The Middle (2009–2018), as well as for voicing Edgar in the film Frankenweenie (2012) and Ono on the Disney Junior series The Lion Guard (2016–2019), and for his brief appearance in Hancock (2008). Atticus Shaffer is a talented actor, best known for playing the title character in Disney's sitcom "ZOMBIE LAND". He was also a "Dear Evan Hansen" at Broadway's Playhouse Theatre.

Atticus Shaffer is most famous for his role in ABC's comedy series Wizards of Waverly Place. He was born in Air force base, Georgia, to popular actor Katherine Shaffer and Robert Shaffer. Atticus was born into the singing gene, for he and his sister Jenny, who he is also in the theater with, were both taught to sing by their mom.

He is home-schooled, enjoys Yu-Gi-Oh and Lego, and admits that he is a huge nerd. He loves to read Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977) books, as well as the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series and history books about World War II. He enjoys viewing the animated Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008) TV show and also loves to watch History Channel's Pawn Stars (2009), American Pickers (2010), and Storage Wars (2010).
